I love an acai bowl, but if you know what an acai bowl is, this is not it. Their base is bland, full of full spinach leaves..Ordered two of the same bowl and they were completely different looking and tasting. They were out of multiple ingredients. I asked for ginger, they said they didn't have any, despite there being about 10lbs of it visible in the fridge. 1 out of 10, will not be coming back for quality of food, customer service and price.
The food at this place is pretty good and the service is great. The decorations and vibes of the restaurant are like a breath of fresh air. There are many options including vegan ones. I would recommend.
I’m bummed about the new menu change. I liked the option of being able to make the bowls into wraps and I loved the Rutledge/Nissa/Beales. The menu is very limited now. Also the peanut sauce is soooo good but the consistency has changed and has the same consistency as peanut butter rather a than a liquid. I have to water it down before I pour it over my bowl. I’m always on the go and work close to downtown so not having the option to do a wrap and then having to alter the sauce myself makes it inconvenient when I’m grabbing lunch on the go. I also really miss the avocado medjool smoothie! I would try to recreate it in the build your own option but I don’t know all of the ingredients. I know every business goes through changes and has to experiment. I will still continue to go here because the food is always fresh great portion sizes and the employees are kind. The price of the food reflects the quality and it is still well worth it! I still love this place just thought I’d share my thoughts as a long time customer?
Was my first visit to the Ola Juice Bar on 03/26/2022. Place was not busy. The place is small,very chic, and clean. This juice bar has a variety of juice, smoothies, and healthy snacks. I ordered the Absolute Ola smoothie. The ingredients include: Banana, Spinach, plant based protein powder, peanut butter, turmeric, ginger, cayenne, cinnamon, Raw Agave, Coconut Milk. The consistency of the smoothie was silky smooth, as it was blended well to where there's no noticeable 'grit'. I wish the smoothie was a little thicker, as it seemed slightly watery. Will still like to try other menu options.
I will give this place a zero star , first of all they don't make you feel like you are welcome and one of the workers had a bad attitude. I trusted the reviews and I'm really disappointed I won't be going back and by the way the prices are ridiculous for a small cup of really saggy watery smoothies.
Great food and smoothies! I got a protein shake and a Greek savory bowl (I was ravenous after doing the incline). Was not disappointed :)
Outrageous prices! They also changed menu and acai bowl ingredients. Now they charge $3 extra dollars to change base from peanut butter to almond butter, when there are people that have to avoid peanuts, may have sensitivity or just do not like peanuts because of their saturated fats content. I’m blown away by the prices. Ordered two small acai bowls (now there is only one size) and it was over $30 dollars. Will not be going there anymore. It’s sad that you would charge your customers for something as simple as almond base instead of peanut. When it was a choice before. Prices have also went up as well. Which is understandable, but now to charge customers $3 for what the old Estelle recipe ingredients were! If you truly care about the health of your consumers and customer satisfaction, you would not charge extra for a simple request of how you want the base of your acai bowl, when it use to be your choice… for free! It did not take the staff any longer to make the bowl using almond base.
Please take the delivery option off of your website if you’re not actually going to offer delivery. Also your website continuously redirects me to the toast app on which when I search ‘Ola’ your business doesn’t even appear.
the fruit in the acai bowl tasted bad almost rotten, I don't know if it's always like this, today was my first time in this place
First time here and I was not disappointed. Pleasant service and a good portion size for the basic acai bowl.I'm excited to come back and try everything else on the menu!
