Overall, a nice ramen with a standout broth and generous portion.Tonkotsu broth was among the best I have had overall! Toppings were generous in quantity but they also didn't really seem to be targeted to compliment each individual bowl as for the basic ramen they all come with the same toppings. Some of the flavors, such as the naruto didn't really compliment the rich pork flavor at all.The amount of pork belly I was given was EXTEMELY generous compared to some other places I've been, 5 or 6 pieces probably? But I can't help but feel it may have been a bit freezer burned as it had a distinct "dusty" flavor that is usually associated with freezer burned pork belly. All in all, a good bowl of ramen that was carried by a FANTASTIC broth.I would probably come here again and ask for what they think is the best bowl on the menu.

Excellent lunch. Stopped in for a quick ramen lunch. The server was pleasant and helpful, and attentive. Lunch was absolutely delicious. Definitely will be coming back.

Sebastian my server is EXCEPTIONAL! His customer service makes you feel like you are at a fine dining restaurant. From his mannerism and to his body language and his attentiveness to you. He was the cook, the server and the buss boy and didn't miss a single beat. My food was hot and served in less than 10 min of me sitting ...again with him being the only server, and cook.Food was great as always.

This is a good Ramen restaurant. The soup flavor is delicious, and the staff are very courteous and helpful. I only drawback was I got a combination meat Ramen dish, and all the meats were quite tough, soup and noodles had great flavor. I will die at this restaurant again, but I will order a single meat or seafood Ramen, not combination.

This was my second time coming and sadly it means I won't be returning.Ordered the gluten free chicken ramen so it's made with rice noodles, veggies, and supposedly clear chicken broth; however mine tasted like fish broth or spoiled. It wasn't good. I would've happily traded it out with something else if the waitress had ever returned to our table to check on us and ask us how the food was (or ever refill our drinks). My boyfriend loved his and my mom loved hers but I left hungry and disappointed. The waitress dropped off the check and practically ran from the table. I didn't even have time to speak up to say I had an issue with my food. So we waited because eventually she'd return to cash us out. So she finally came back to grab the billfold and that's when we brought up the issue with my ramen, which the sheer fact that my bowl was practically full, should've been a sign. We told her it tasted fishy and that it was bad and she said "oh, okay, well what do you want to do". No apologies, no explanation, no offer to do anything. Just "well *shrug*"Considering I didn't eat but a few bites of it, I didn't want to be paying for it. So we mentioned that and she walked away. She didn't return but the cook from the kitchen came out to specifically say he didn't make it with fish broth and then he just stared at me. Like obviously this is my fault that I'm not enjoying it and the other two people at my table who tried it, said it was disgusting and something was wrong. So we had to tell him that we didn't want to pay for it. Low and behold, he walked away without a word.We sat for another 10 minutes before the waitress came back to grab the billfold and print out a new receipt without my ramen on it. She returned with the amended receipt and again absolutely no apologies or offer to replace it with something else.Ultimately, we won't be returning and I'm still hungry.

First time going to Oka Ramen, not super impressed. It was pretty empty, yet our food took an hour to get to us. When it finally did arrive, my daughters Miao kids bowl was unseasoned meat and noodles. My food arrived lukewarm and my husbands had some sort of plastic wrapper in it. There were hardly any drinks to choose from. Everything we asked for aside from lemonade was out of stock. If it wasn’t for our server I would leave less stars. She was nice, attentive and rectified the situation the best she could.

friendly staff and authentic flavors. my fav is the karrage chicken and kadsudon bowl. a vast array of donburi and ramen choices as well as delicious apps this location is one of our favorite for ramen in the Springs
