Delicious product- consistently poor customer service. They’re never helpful or accommodating with any requests. “Can I pick up my online order 2 hours early?” “No. But you could’ve just come in and picked what you want and we would’ve give it to you on the spot.” So what’s the difference? They have zero ability to make any reasonable accommodations. In store- they seem annoyed with customers. It makes me cringe. I’ll drive further to the Dublin location from now on.

First time coming here was yesterday for Valentine's Day. Oh my goodness, the red velvet is just DEVINE!! Red velvet is my go-to and I got the mini cake to treat myself for the holiday....worth it! The place super cute and staff were friendly!
Great, albeit expensive, cakes. Terrible customer service. I asked if I could buy 1/2 dozen bundtinis; answer = NO. Asked if I could split a dozen ($24) into two boxes; answer = NO. Asked if I could have a bag so I could separate them in the car; answer = NO. It's too bad. This is where we've always purchased cakes for birthdays and other special occasions. We won't spend any more of our money here and you shouldn't either.

Went in saw one worker, no greeting or welcome in, she just kept folding boxes...went up and said hello to let her know we were ready to order...we stood there and she said NOTHING. We then turned around and left..don't go here... not one soul was in there and for good reason, extremely rude employees/employee whichever. No need to act this way.
I went in there for my son's birthday. Never have been there before so was unsure of the process and the older lady was rude as hell and didn't seem to want to help, kept rolling her eyes and has no customer service at all. I should have just walked out but if it wasn't for my son's birthday I would have. She's a piece of work..... never will go back to this location!!!!!! And I may never go back to this company period!!!! Great cakes but lowsy people that I don't want to keep supporting......
In the last 5 months, we've ordered 3 cakes and ordered a dozen bundtinis for a birthday today. Cakes are ALWAYS moist and absolutely delicious!!! I drive about 30 minutes to get them and they are always worth the drive!!
I’ve been a patron of Nothing Bundt Cake for years. I bought our 17 year old daughter Nothing Bundt Cakes for her 5th birthday in Dallas. My mother-in-law also owns a franchise on the east coast. This particular store has terrible customer service and is difficult to work with. My daughter was a walk in at 5:30 pm and they would not decorate a cake for her birthday. She purchased buntlets instead.
