This location is awful. All the employees do not know what’s going on. I ordered the Lo Mein Organe Chicken with Impossible Chicken in store and Mason took my order. I was given a Pad Thai, but did not check until I was in the car, on my way back to Denver. Called the store for a refund and Spoke to Erin who said that even though I have a copy of the receipt they cannot “process a refund with the card in store”. There is no way I’m going to go all the way back for something that voided. Erin was so unprofessional and was laughing on the phone. So rude. Unless you wanna get something that you did not ask for don’t bother with this location.
Our food was good, my daughter loved her spaghetti. Super nice staff and the food came out pretty quick. My daughter wanted to add that they all looked like they were working really hard.
Walked in and waited several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. Then a girl came to the counter that appeared to be crying and I asked if she was okay. She said “no, not really…been a rough night” and then pulled down her visor. Then waited 45 minutes for an order of butter noodles. After he brought out 6 orders for everyone e after us I asked about my buttered noodles. He said they were in the back. When he finally brought them out he said “sorry we suck!” As we get to the car we noticed the order wasn’t even right but did not dare wait another 45 minutes. Service absolutely the worst! No excuses for bad staff!
Horrible experience. I personally had hard noodles that were stuck together in little masses and over powering tomatoes that tasted bad. They had no forks so I ate the best I could with a spoon. I over heard many people around me say there noodles were bad or they had very little portions. I've never written a review for a restaurant but my experience here was not good. Also, the bathrooms had a funky displeasing smell and weren't very clean.
Came in for quick bite after traveling and ordered the wrong thing. The GM Scott was super cool and understanding about the situation and made sure to help meOrder something that met my dietary restrictions. Better service from this gentleman than most 5 star restaurants. 11/10 service
Love the food at Noodles and Company. But there is poor cell coverage and the wifi sucks. Can no longer go here while on call.Tried speed testing the wifi and it was so bad the nPerfvspp gave up three times.
I love N&C but this location was awful. Employees didn’t wash their hands, the tables were not wiped down. The food was cold and the employees were rude and disrespectful, including the manager. I don’t normally complain, but I’ve never had an experience like this at an N&C. I would rather travel further to the location on Nevada. ?
Honestly, we love Noodles and so we were excited that one was going in near us but this location needs some training / help. We've been there at least 3 times and each time there are issues with our order. We are pretty chill when there is a mix up so I usually just ignore it, but we certainly hoped it would get better the next time we visited. Our recent visit prompted me to add a review. Uncooked masses of noodles, missing toppings, WAAAY to much sauce, using the wrong noodles and adding tiny amounts of proteins in just 1 order (4 dishes). Food from places like this should taste the exact same anywhere you go since its all made in a factory and the staff is basically just warming and mixing ingredients. The dishes we are so used to are just bad here. It's kind of a different atmosphere in there too, most of the workers seem kinda stressed. Twice we've had cashiers get so flustered when we asked to sub noodles that I had to mention "its OK don't worry about it". I don't blame them though because if I had to bet, I would guess its a management issue. C'mon GM step in and help!

So many haters on this! I’m sure they all have never worked in a restaurant and if they did, they have never been part of a new restaurant opening. This is a brand new team, joining the Noodles & Company team, during a horrible pandemic, and serving food to people who have been going to Noodles for years. Of course they are not perfect right off the bat. Let them learn and let them grow. Come back again and you’ll see a difference.Five stars for a genuinely awesome team who wants to serve really good food, in a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
