Eat here often. Normally pretty good. Kind of pricey but inflation sucks. This last visit I think they forgot our order or something. We sat around waiting for like 15+ minutes watching people come and go, went to the counter to ask what was going on was told we had a rush (which they did after we ordered). 10 minutes later we were served or food. I ordered spaghetti with cauliflower noodles, and parmesan crusted chicken, I got the above plus meatballs. Maybe the girl didn't understand me and that is why it cost so much.
I had ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp for pick up. When I got home, they not only forgot the shrimp, they overcooked the noodles and eggs. I called and were willing to remake it. I ended up driving back across town to get it; not how I wanted to spend my time or gas money. I did get an apology at least. Sadly it’s not the first time they’ve messed up our order but it will be the last from me.
We usually don't have a problem with this location and have come here for years however, we will not be returning to this location. Today's experience was extremely disappointing. We decided to dine in, they clearly do not want anyone dining in. The bathrooms were closed, they didn't have any ice, they don't give you any silverware or put any out. Our order had multiple things wrong, my side salad had literally 3 peices of lettuce and 20 croutons. The staff was incredibly unwelcoming and inattentive. It's clear this place no longer values customers.
Never disappointed coming here. Never that. Start always friendly. Decent enough prices. Will come back again ✌
My food took 20 minutes to prepare. They told me they were going to bring it to the table but instead, it sat upfront in a to go bag forever. When I went to use the bathroom there was fecal materal on the seat. I had to clean it myself. When I told and employee, "there is fecal material on the toliet seat," she said "is there?" Instead of saying I am sorry. When I told her I had to clean it, she said, "okay, good deal." instead of saying thank you. I am not kidding.
Consistently bad. We had a couple instances of missing items in online orders over time. Any complaints result in manager taking info to send free coupons that never come. So multiple times we paid for items never received. Final straw was last Sunday, tried online order after avoiding this location for atleast 6 months. We had great experience at the university village locations so decided to give delivery another try. Unfortunately delivery comes from Southgate location and 45 minutes after placing the order we got completely wrong order. While some blame can be placed on Door dash for not confirming the name on order, the store took zero responsibility and they said my options was to have someone else deliver the food that was still sitting in their store (cold I am sure) or dispute charge with door dash. Door Dash can not issue refund because the charge comes from Noodles and noodles pays door dash their fees. So now 3 days later we still have $50 for food we never got and Noodles is not responding to door dash inquires for refund. Now looking at the reviews for the past year our experience is the norm not an exception. Looks like the owner just copies and pastes the same response over and over but no effort is made to make changes at this location.
I was originally planning on dining in but they said they make everything to go. The mac n cheese had zero flavor to it and my sons apple pieces were soaking in what tasted like sprite.. I've been ordering from noodles for years but I think I may be done doing that now.
i ordered off of uber, and my entire order was incorrect- i was even given items that were nowhere near close to what i ordered! when i called to ask about it, the person i spoke to was INSANELY rude! if i could give a zero star, i would. so disappointed.
7/10 orders are rdy before you even get there! That's Dashing done right! I guess I'm memorable because I no longer need my phone when I get a customers order. I love that though. It makes showing up getting the food and getting out of there simple easy process.
Our most recent order smelled incredibly burnt in the bag. All three dishes were wrong as well. This is the second time in a row this location has messed our order up. And whoever answered the phone when we called about it was very rude. The first time they hung up, and the second time they just told us to go to the app to ask for a refund and hung up again. I've usually had great in-person experiences with this place and the staff, but lately it's been lacking a lot. Not to mention the tendency to get some random bit of food from someone else's order in your food! On multiple occasions I've gotten burnt chicken, green onions, and spinach among other things with my noodles, none of which I asked for. If you want a good experience, go and sit down in the restaurant. Don't order delivery.
