Can't say enough good things about Nightingale! The bread is incredible, the croissants melt in your mouth, and the pizza is so fresh and delicious! The staff are always friendly as well! Highly recommend this place.

Delicious bread, nice people. Highly recommend!!! Toasted and buttered our treats from Nightingale and enjoyed them at home with a cup of Ethiopian Ardi fresh roasted coffee from Mission Coffee Roasters in Colorado Springs. The combination of fresh bread served with fresh locally roasted Mission coffee was perfect. Two artisan craft foods paired well together. So much enjoyed the cheddar and Pueblo chili pepper bread, the fruit and fennel mini loaf, and the seeded fruited loaf. Can’t say enough good things about this place, the staff, and the baked items. Go here, it’s good. Try the seeded fruited loaf that’s only offered on Friday and Saturday for sure!!! Made a baguette turkey and avocado sandwich with their bread as well. So good!
This is perhaps the best bread I have ever had. After hearing about it from multiple people I stopped by to try a croissant. It was flaky, warm, and just perfect. The breads are artistry. This looks like a European store. Everything I tasted and saw looked amazing. Considering their was a line before they opened on a Friday morning says a ton. Most people were getting multiple items. Just go!
On a Saturday morning, I came to the next door for a coffee and was surprised to see there was a line right in front of Nightingale even before it opened. I looked through the order-to-go window — lots of mouth watering carbs jumped into my eyes and successfully shaked my no carbs mind! I ended up with a chili cheddar bun and a cauliflower sandwich. Chili cheddar bun for breakfast and the cauliflower sandwich motivated me to go all the way top of the manitou section 16! It was amazingly delicious at the mountain top, shining under the sun! I wish I knew this place earlier, right before my trip!
This bakery is amazing, every single product here is delicious and made with care. Super happy is close to the city in a calm area as well. My favorite products are the croissants, chocolate croissants, olive bread loaf and the cauliflower sandwich.
Amazing amazing sourdough bread, cookies and pizza! I love their dill havarti and ham sandwich also, ate it a lot in my pregnancy . Love the people who serve there too, especially Ruth!! I look forward to my weekly haul!
The sandwiches and chocolate croissants are out of this world. Their chocolate croissants are some of the best I’ve ever had. First time I tried one from here I think I about shed some happy tears ? the employees and super cool and nice too!

What an incredible spot! I got the Blondie loaf, a morning roll and a chocolate chunk cookie. Everything was incredible! Staff was very kind helping me pick out my selection as well.
