This place is awesome. My wife and I recently moved to Colorado from North Carolina and we stumbled across this wonderful whiskey house called "Neat" and we tried it out and fell in love with the Drinks, Atmosphere, Food and the overall friendliness of everyone. We come here every Wednesday to enjoy great music, drinks and food. If you have not tried this place you are missing out. You must give this place a try All of their Drinks are very well made. You will not be disappointed.
Their drink menu is superb! Also, the best bourbon sour I’ve had in a long time. It’s really great you have a huge wall to chose from for one!Best drinks and service in town.
Well, this place is incredibly awesome and perfect - it's now our very first go-to on evenings (and late afternoons) after work...so don't come here because it's the perfect, secret, still-little-known place to get amazing drinks and I don't want y'all crowding the place up so I can't get a seat ;-) (but still frequent it enough and order their outstanding and varied drinks just enough to keep them in business).
Great selection. I discovered a new 12 year scotch and the cocktails are expertly executed. Hats off to Neat. I'm so happy to see a great whiskey lounge on the east side.
Hayla is amazing! Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and great to order whiskey from. The atmosphere and vibe is cool. Highly recommend this place!!!
Don't even want to give a one star, it was sad to be asked to leave before we could even place an order because our group was "too big". Not sure turning away paying customers is a brilliant business strategy..I thought customers equals money ? other whiskey houses will survive longer than Neat unfortunately.
Small and cozy atmosphere, this gorgeous new bar needs a few touches to the decor, mainly the uneven concrete floor which seems like a bit of a liability in a place where you serve alcohol. Kinda like the fire pits outside are, or measuring with the jigger, then pouring straight from the bottle afterwords. Overserving is a liability and training issue on it’s own, because it pours away owner profits, but overserving where the floor is uneven and there’s open fire pits… bad things waiting to happen.Ironically they talked about Jon Taffer while I was there, who removed all punch bag machines from his bar after losing a liability lawsuit over one. I hope the owner takes note. The bathroom was clean and nice, except the broken and ugly floor. While this new bar is very close to a 5/5, the few dings are serious ones, but easily correctable ones. I have high hopes for them in the future.
Awesome experience and tasty drinks. I could see this as being a cool hangout spot going forward.
Very friendly staff and a fantastic assortment of whiskeys to choose from! :)
Chill environment, crowd pleasing cocktails, and a food truck to supplement the bar kitchen. A good place to add to the visit list for any whiskey lovers visiting or living in the Springs.
