Munchies has delicious food. Their tacos are exceptionally good. However if it's not clear it's actually a food truck extension within Triple Nickel Tavern. This means you enter Triple Nickel tavern and order Munchies directly from the kitchen. Triple nickel tavern is a dive bar. Nothing wrong with a dive bar. But unless have a desire to go hang out in the dive bar to eat some fantastic Munchies food you might want to get it to go. No problem either way just wanted to call it out.
The pretzels would be world's better if they weren't so greasy and deep-fried. Queso was extra chunky and an odd texture. The cheesesteak was messier than what I'm used to and the bread was extremely soggy. It was a waste of money 100%.
The food we tried is mediocre at best, we tried the baked N loaded taters, garlic bread grilled cheese, and loaded elotes. None of our meals were finished the only thing that was enjoyable were the pretzels.
Fun. Edgy. DIFFERENT. Vibing environment. Incredible food. This should be THE spot for Colorado Springs. The food is all made from scratch and created to make you order one of everything. You keep thinking, not everything can be on point. But, let me save you the curiosity and tell you IT IS. I feel like a food critic ? The food had endless amounts of flavor and taste. The amount of food you get is the PERFECT amount. I am from Texas and pray we get one of these in Austin sooner than later. No doubt this places will be successful.Also, the lemon bar dessert. Seriously the exact way it suppose to be. So many places lack the tart part and this was spot on. The brownie ?. Seriously the entire menu was insane. MUST GO PLACE.
Great environment. Bloody Mary was tasty and had plenty of garnishments. Caesar salad was delicious and huge. He had the Cubano and was satisfied.
Went to the Wasatch location was not disappointed! Love the theme and the expansive menu! I had the street tacos, and man they were so amazing! The carnitas was perfect. So juicy! And the salsa Verde on top was excellent. Very satisfying and filling! Will absolutely be back. If you're looking for something new, definitely give this place a try!
Tried Munchies today for the first time, and it was so amazing! I had the street tacos and I'm very impressed. Three filling tacos and the carnitas was cooked perfect. Will definitely be back!!

If there's anything I've learned in this life, it's that weed themed places have the best food you'll ever eat and this place may just top the list. Lots of gluten free options, massive portions, and everything tastes so good I could eat from here for weeks without getting bored. If you're looking for something new, this place should be your first stop!
Went to the food truck and ordered fried pickles, Cubano, and Philly Cheesesteak Rolls - WOW! Everything was really good. Love that the pickles were thin and the sauce was thin and light. The Cubano was nicely done; wish the pickles were thicker sliced for the sandwich tho. The Philly rolls were fried to perfection. The accompanying queso sauce was thin but complimentary to the roll. Overall very impressed with this food truck.
