Ordered Pad Thai with beef, it was not edible. It did not smell or taste good. Ordered the sesame chicken as well and it was not edible either. The food use to be good and would recommend this restaurant but now I would not recommend it. To top it off my fortune cookie was broken, that seals the deal, no longer a favorite Asian cuisine restaurant.

10/10 on portions to price. Also, SUPER yummy. My absolute go-to that never disappoints.

Took the person I ordered from at the restaurant 15 minutes to figure out their own menu. Fried dumplings are soggy. Sesame chicken is trash. And the chicken wings/shrimp/wonton totally unedible. Absolutely foul place. Never again.

I spent $130 ordering lunch for myself and a number of coworkers, and they totally left out one person's order, completely. That would be fine, as I understand it's a large order and mistakes happen, but when I called back to get this corrected, I was told that since it was an online order, the manager handles those and the manager is currently busy on another call and "we'll have them call you back- please keep your phone line open" - after two hours of waiting I called back and again, was told the same thing. I asked if the manager had been on this call for the past two hours and the woman replied "yes, we're so busy, but I'll have them call you right back after this call!" - it has now been another hour, and there is no resolution. I would expect that when I pay so much and give a generous tip, that I would be met with excellent customer service. This falls way below par. **UPDATE** After not receiving a call back for over four hours (total), I called again and was (again) told how the manager was so busy. I told them that if I didn't receive a call back by 5, that I would then be off work and I would come into the restaurant and there would likely be a scene. They reassured me that they would have the manager call me back as soon as they finished the call they were currently on. Miraculously, I received a call within five minutes and before I could even explain, the woman on the other end of the line immediately says "YOU RECEIVED YOUR WHOLE ORDER AND WE WILL NOT BE GIVING YOU ANYTHING FOR FREE!!" I tried explaining that we had not received everything, as we were missing one order of orange chicken. She responded that we had only ordered one order of orange chicken, and that she would text me the receipt showing so. I asked her if I could email her the receipt I had, showing both orders of orange chicken, and she responded that she doesn't do email. Fair enough, I advised that I would be in after I got off work to show her my receipt. When I arrived I was met by a man who ushered me past the two tables they had seated, to an emptier area and he laid out the receipt their register printed out and I provided the receipt emailed to me. They were correct that my second order of orange chicken didn't print on their register receipt, but I pulled out my calculator on my phone and showed him that the entrees listed on his receipt didn't match the subtotal, as something was missing. He then called the online service that handles their ordering, and confirmed with them that I had in fact ordered two separate orders of orange chicken. He then took a picture of the receipt to email them showing that everything hadn't printed out. Finally, he says to me "I'm not sure how you'd like us to fix this for you", so I told him that I would like the money for the missing entree refunded since my boss didn't get to eat lunch with the rest of us, and I told him that beyond that I'm not sure there would be anything they could do to correct the situation. I can understand technology blips, I can understand mistakes happen, but I CANNOT understand how they can take over four hours to call me back when I've spent so much at their restaurant, and -when they do call back - I'm immediately accused of trying to get something for free without them looking further into the issue. How much drama could have been saved if they'd started by calling the online service that handles their ordering. They did refund the one order that we hadn't received and later that evening I received an email from the online service, offering a discount on my next order (that will never take place - at least not from me) and it actually gave me a chuckle as it stated "We understand you were not very pleasant with your order". I passed the discount offer on to my boss, since hers was the order that was screwed up

We ordered this restaurant after many years of wonderful food. In my opinion, they use rotten meat or alley cats now for their meat. The meat for both the chicken and beef was GREY. My husband and I violently vomited within 20 minutes of eating less than 5 bites of food. We threw $100+ food away due to the horrific quality of this food. I would NOT recommend this place post-covid. The quality doesn't exist. Tasted like eating out of a landfill. They also refused a refund, of even partial, because they stand by the quality of their trash. Never again. Home cooking is always best, and we will never forget that again thanks to this experience.

How is fresh food old??Spent 100 dollars only thing good was the Boba tea.Highly disappointed.White rice was only decent food.Combination rice was made with days old rice.

This was our first time here since moving to CO and we were absolutely impressed. We were initially going to get pizza then decided last minute to stop here and have no regrets! The staff was so pleasant and the food was delicious!! Most definitely will come back!

First time ordering from this place tonight. We had it delivered. The good: Everything was correct. The veggies in the dishes were fresh and crispy. The bad: the fried rice was basically brown colored rice crumbles. Very small or broken grains, and flavorless. It didn't taste like it was actually fried and usually fried rice has some egg or little bits of veggies...nope just brown colored plain tasting rice. This would make Uncle Rodger cry.I ordered the seafood triad special.... It says it has shrimp, scallops, and crab meat with veggies a white wine sauce. It did have some shrimp, the crab was imitation crab legs (and not good ones if there is such a thing), and they must have cut the 2 smallest scallops they could find into about 4 slices. The sauce was also a bit thin and not super flavorful either. We ordered cream puffs, and they were BAD! They attempted pate a choux and failed. The pastry part was hard and not sweet at all. The cream filling was ok, but nothing I couldn't make in about 30 seconds in my blender at home.Over all.... It filled a void. It's basic americanized Chinese food. I prefer really authentic food, so this is not for me.

Kind of high prices. Also, the wonton soup was a bit too salty for my palette. They rung my order up wrong , so they had to pay back my money.Maybe I'll give them a try again, or, maybe not. Not a fan of the prices, nor the prices for the servings.

The first time I went to this restaurant, i ordered beef and broccoli with fried rice. I was served cold fried rice however the beef and broccoli was good. I went tonight again to give the place a try again. I was served cold fried rice AGAIN and this time the beef and broccoli made me sick. Their customer service was good however.
