First time in for lunch on a Tuesday with my daughter. The employees were very kind and the fountain drink selection was unique and delicious. The food was meh. Nothing to write home about.My salad looked absolutely nothing like the picture… for example, my hard boiled egg was whole- not sliced like the picture or description. It was kind of funny. The meat in both my salad (tuna) and my daughters sandwich (steak) seemed grade d meat… it was just a bit off. The salad portion was generous, though, it was made with zero finesse (the butt of the head of romaine as well as soggy/bad lettuce was included).The place was quite busy though. So, to each their own!
It doesn’t say on the menu but you can order vegan pizza by asking to swap cheese with vegan cheese. Changing the dough to vegan dough costs extra.The bowl and the pizza were both satisfactory, and the person behind the counter was lovely.
I usually eat Modern Market weekly. Delivered to my house since I work from home & it’s super convenient. Today I ordered from this location and was pretty disappointed to get my food. I’m in love with the Thai Coconut Salad, but when it came it wasn’t like it should be. First it was wrapped in foil? Which is not really a bad thing, just odd! It usually comes packed secured/COVID safe. But most importantly, it was missing half the ingredients. No sweet potatoes, no marinated onions, hardly any chicken or coconut/peanuts. All the things that actually make it a Thai Coconut salad lol! I mean they did give me a ton of cilantro though ?. Kind of a hassle when I called to ask about it, was actually told this location has these issues and to go to a different location, which we ended up having to do and was an inconvenience for sure. Not sure if it’s an end all for me, as I do love their food. Just hoping that they can get it right next time because the other locations are alot further away from me.
I will not be going back to this location because of the quality of service, and the quality of food that I was given. I’m sad for how terrible the experience was because I’ve enjoyed modern Market in the past.I ordered in the shop for to-go. I stood at the counter for a solid 5 mins before one of the staff members came to take my order and they were not busy or understaffed and definitely knew I was waiting. I ordered two meals ($40ish) and double checked everything was correct before leaving—because I’ve had issues with missing items from this location in the past. Everything was there, the sides for the two dishes were swapped, but nbd since it was for my husband and I.Before I started eating I noticed my steak was gray and not very tasty and the chimichurri sauce was sour. I also noticed my salad had quite a bit of wilting. I only had a few bites before deciding I did not want to eat food that was going bad. Sadly will not be going to this location/franchise again.
My boyfriend and I get Mod Marker frequently as we both work late and typically try to grab a healthy dinner when we don’t have time to cook. Mod Market is one of our Go-To’s but this location is consistently awful with their consistency. We NEVER receive double protein when we pay for it so now we always check before we leave. Our favorite dishes almost never have the same amount of ingredients as the last time we ordered and anything we customize to the order never gets customized. For example. I just picked up a farmers salad and ordered it with NO corn and double chicken. I got home and there was corn in it and no extra chicken that I paid extra for. This happens almost every single time. We won’t be coming back.
I went with my family to enjoy some time of fellowship and good food. My experience from beginning to end was great! Ashley, took my order and was very attentive and kind. She showed great customer service! I ordered the Curry Salmon, it was delicious! The day was warm so we ate out on the patio, good atmosphere. I will be returning again! ?
I was invited to Modern Market for lunch by my mother and I was skeptical because I am a vegan and there is not too many options for vegans at fast food restaurants. When I got to the register I was greeted by Ashley and she was so kind and helpful in helping me with vegan options! The sandwich she put together for me was so delicious I’m still thinking about it ?I will definitely be going back!
I loved this place the other times I went but today was horrible. I don't even think this could have been a fluke in how bad it was. No pizzas today either. 45min wait and my order was cold and wrong. I had to wait longer for them to add a rotten avocado (it was brown and mushy with a funky flavor) to 1 dish and boiled eggs to another. So disappointing and embarrassing when you invite others to lunch. Will try the other location next time in hopes the staff cares about quality and customer service. Total waste of time and money having lunch today. Yuck!
It started off amazing with a simple phone call and a very attentive voice on the other line. Her name was Diana. Effortlessly accommodating my family coming from a long way out of town and her blessing us by taking care of us and our meal... it got a little rocky when I went to enjoy my meal after making sure my kiddos were good... only to find an absurdly large hair in my food...which up until that second bite I was really enjoying the overall taste of it and just my sheer enjoyment of knifing thru my chicken to make my selected bites to come... that hair ruined my blackened chicken chef inspired experience.... sadly I reluctantly walked back into the store and spoke with shift lead serenity who made the end of my visit just as good as my beginning...she remade my food personally and I really appreciated that because my nerves at that point were completely shot.. but she took amazing care of my need and comped my meal again... very respectful ?of what I had to say...and respected my every concern.. I'll be back again I want to give them another chance and see if I can't get a full experience to really smile and rave about the entire experience. As a matter of fact writing this review I'm going to give them a 4 instead of my original 3... something about the direct and speedy relief of my service and resolve of my issues. I feel confidant doing that
Gluten free pizza just had sauce poured over a tortilla that was terrible. Completely inedible. The chips were also covered in so much seasoning they were ruined. Mozzerella on the pizza and a sandwich had zero taste had the texture of an over cooked egg white. Service was just subpar for a place that wasn’t very cheap.
