Reviewing Dublin Commons specifically. This location never disappoints. When we're lucky we get delivery directly from them, but occasionally they push it out to DoorDash which seems to be connected to their native app. It doesn't really matter because we always get amazing, really fast service and it's always what we ask for.We had a taste for pizza tonight and we were too late to use the app. We went thru DD and ordered, but DD wouldn't allow special requests. (We always request well done) I called the restaurant hoping they'd tolerate a special request. Hannah was most gracious and got it done. This MOD Pizza restaurant truly rocks!! Many many thanks!!!
MOD pizza has a great gluten free crust!! I have two friends who get it every time because it is crispy and they don’t have a single gluten issue!!MOD is the blessing for me, I have a bad sensitivity!!I always have them change their gloves. If I pan has flour on it I simply ask them to grab another one. Super helpful and glad to do it.
We've eaten here before and it was nice, but then we had family visiting and they took it to a whole other level. They fed three kids and two adults quickly and without any ingredient mishaps. Everyone was happy, and we didn't have any leftovers. Great experience.
Good pizza made way u like it fast friendly service
I placed a curbside order. When I arrived, I could see there were no customers in line and hardly anyone sitting at tables. Yet my pizzas were brought out 10 mins after my ready time and they were cold. It's always something with this location. The last time I tried to place an order (approx 1 wk ago) the app was not working and the phone service was not working. So I went into the restaurant and placed an order in person. When I received my order, it was wrong. Not the first time my order has been wrong either. The food tastes great, but the service is terrible.
Price Plus time plus quality of food equals? This is so worth it! After you make your own pizza with the toppings you want with the sauce you want the amount of sauce you want amount of cheese, meats veggies, and the whole 5 to 15 minutes cook time. I've been in Taco Bell drive-thrus that took longer than that these guys bust out your pizza try to keep a smile on their face and do it Chipotle style, for the price this is better than just right!
Wow!! Is all I can say. This place was super busy and I watched as every employee worked together to keep everything moving smoothly. I was supper impressed with the speed they were handling every order. I overheard the manager saying they are usually busy on weekends, but today was out of nowhere for them. It sure didn’t show, because they did a stellar job! It was the night before thanksgiving, and in my experience, pizza joints and bars are always super busy. Way to go Mod pizza!!!
This place is a little pricy, however the quality of the food makes every cent worth it. The staff is amazing and friendly. I have only had one issue here and it was a single rude employee and honestly i felt like it was the customers infront of me that caused her bad mood, so no offence taken. If you eat here remember to be kind to the employees. They are just doing their jobs.
Great pizza spot! Brick oven pizza, every one custom. It's awesome watching them slide the pizza out of the roaring fire. They have tons of toppings, all of them included for one price. They also have beer and wine since those go great with pizza. Treat yourself next time you are looking for a great pizza
Love MOD pizza and this location is always so kind. SO WHY IN THE WORLD would someone EGG this place?! To the crass person who would do something so despicable, SHAME on you. Get a life and grow up. These people have a business to run serving people. So be kind and do right.
