Clean Mod restaurant that just does good Mod pizza. Great pizza with friendly staff.
We enjoy Mod Pizza (on Bass Pro Drive) frequently. The ability to custom-build our own pizza is what distinguishes this restaurant from all others. You can go through the line and pick and choose whichever toppings you prefer. This unique approach, together with other options, including choice of crust (original thin, thick, or cauliflower), or even starting with a salad base, means you could eat here (or take out) several times a week and still have a variety of meals. The talented staff are helpful, gracious, and eager to please. And the value for price is excellent--especially when you get creative with your toppings.
One of my favorite pizza places now. It is the Chipotle/Subway for pizza. The food was absolutely tasty. Their range of sauces was quite wide. And their soda machine was top notch with the nice little bits of ice. Also, they serve alcoholic beer. If there was a place like this near my college, this would have definitely been the go-to place for me
This place used to have great ingredients, service, and speed; but this is NO longer the case. It saddens me to write this review because I really loved this place. If you guys (MOD) are reading your reviews here are a couple suggestions:(1) Cutting your toppings into small pieces (like salami) might save you money but it runes the pizza or salad because they are all clumped together, plus it takes the employees a lot of time picking all the pieces apart.(2) When a regular customer (me) orders 2 pizzas and one gets lost in the oven rotation and comes out as a burnt cracker because it cooked twice as long as the normal one, don’t argue that it is “normal”, to be fair, the manager remade it for me but continued to argue, meanwhile the rest of my order was cold. He did offer to refund my entire order, but that is missing the point, I was embarrassed I had to have an argument, and I was annoyed he couldn’t understand the situation. I didn’t accept the refund because I just wanted to get out of there.(3) Last, when you wait in line for 20min then get to the counter only to find out you have to wait another 10min because they have 14 online orders that were just put in front of you, that gets tiresome. This has happened to me at least 10 times.I really hope you can return the store back to what I was when it opened. I’m not sure I’ll ever be back, that argument was super uncomfortable, and embarrassing.
First time visiting Mod Pizza and was disappointed to say the least. We waited in line for 20 mins only to find out it would be another 20-25 mins until our pizza would be done. All the while I watched them prepare 10+ internet orders before taking ours. It was a Wednesday night. I get being busy but you think they would have a better system to make sure the customer standing in line feels somewhat prioritized. The superfast under their sign couldn’t be further from our experience. We left with no food as our baby’s bedtime was fast approaching. We will not be coming back.
I like MOD pizza a lot. I probably shouldn't buy the mega pizza, but I always do. Very good. The options are great and the sauces at the end can really make a great pizza better.
Love this MOD! We’re seriously obsessed with how fresh and delicious the salads always are, and the pizza is always fantastic. The service is also always outstanding. This place tends to be our Friday night go to.
Their crust makes their pizza great. There are gluten free options available but cross-contamination is inevitable. If your a fan of Blaze Pizza, you will be very happy with some Mod. Git you some!
Great pizza for the price! Heard it can be busy during certain times and days but walked right in and ordered and our pizzas were done in no time!
The service was fast and the pizza was exactly as we had ordered. The beer was cold and refreshing.
