We finally found our Mexican restaurant. If you're looking for GOOD Mexican, this is the place. My wife and I have tried 5 other Mexican restaurants in the Springs, each time sorely disappointed (shoutout to Yoli's food truck though they're great too). I wanted to bring my wife for her birthday to a good Mexican restaurant that met her specifications: creamy (not chunky) and slightly spicy queso blanco, frozen margaritas, and good google reviews, which I would like to contribute to. I got the Mar y Tierra, my wife got the Enchiladas, and our friend bought the barbacoa tacos. Where we have felt cheated at other restaurants for their high prices for subpar cuisine, at Miguel's you get more than you pay for. Bountiful servings of delicious and fresh food coated our table. My Mar y Tierra was packed with flavor, no wilted lettuce or stale rice, everything was a delight to the taste buds. As you can see from the other photos, you can tell their passion for food with their plating methods alone. The peach and raspberry margaritas were great, not too much tequila to kill the fruitiness of the drink - just enough of a kick to not subtract from the tangy/sweet flavor of the drinks. Our waiter was great, I felt more attended here than at most restaurants. My water was never empty, we never waited too long for anything, and he was a lovely gentleman.When we go out for Mexican, you can bet we're going to Miguel's.
Our server was amazing! The margaritas were delicious and so was the food. We can't wait to go back!
It was everything we hoped for from a sit-down Mexican restaurant. Chips and salsa were served quickly, as the restaurant filled up for the lunch time rush. A huge fan of melty-cheesy-ooey-gooey, I was ready to throw down some calories when I walked in the door. 3 enchiladas later, I did my best to finish my Miguel’s enchilada trio. Eyes bigger than my stomach, I added refried beans and rice to my dish. Again, zero regrets.
An interesting variety of Mexican fare. The crispy chile rellenos we're quite tasty but I shall return to sample other items on the menu. The taste of Northern New Mexico here in Colorado Springs.
Where do I start?The service alone warrants another visit! The staff is so friendly and kind!The margarita was great! And the food! Delicious, full of flavor and very authentic! If you’re looking up multiple places like I was, stop and go here. You won’t be disappointed!

Miguel’s is my boyfriend and I’s favorite place for Mexican food. Amazing service and awesome food. We cannot go to this place without leaving with full stomachs and a smile on our face. Always a great environment and great drinks too ?? Would highly recommend and will drive across town just for the table salsa which you can order by the pint to bring home for later!!
Great service! They treat you like family at all times great food. They are patient with you and always check on you throughout your meal.
We stopped in after a 10 hour drive and the food was perfect. Seasoned well, made with love and the margs are tasty and not too sweet…which is awesome! They did an amazing job!
