Really wanted to like this place. Ordered a birria quesadilla and it was smothered with cheese, no meat, and dripping with grease. I couldn’t pick it up because it was falling apart. I ended up scraping cheese off rolling it up and dipping just the tortilla in the soup. The chips were good but the “salsa” they serve is literally cold crushed tomatoes from a can - the same stuff used to make pasta sauce. Would not recommend or go there again.
My husband picked up some take out from Maria’s for lunch. He loved his chimichanga and the savory salsa. The meats for the tacos were on the drier side. It was good otherwise. My camarones a la diabla was a lacking. The rice was wonderful and fluffy, probably my favorite part but the shrimp was a bit rubbery and lacking in flavor.
Eric is awesome. We feel like friends that haven’t talked in forever when we show up. Doesn’t matter if we were there 2 days ago or 2 months ago, he always remembers us and asks us how we are doing.Besides the friendly staff, the food is always delicious! Never have been disappointed going here.
I love this restaurant. I have only eaten there once but I loved it. The staff was wonderful and the food was incredible. And the prices are super reasonable! I highly recommend checking them out.
Best breakfast burritos in town without a doubt! They don't bother filling them with rice or beans to make up for size or flavor. Customer service is outstanding and the flavors are poppin along with the proper size to satisfy!! Maria's does it right!
I have had delivery from Maria's several times. The food never disappoints. One of my favorite places in Springs for tacos. The tortas are also very good. I honestly once ordered from here just because I really wanted their chips and salsa.
Loved the birria taco plate at Maria's. The customer service was also 100% ?? One man show for front of house but you couldn't tell with the amazing attitude the guy had. From welcoming, speed of service, suggestions, and constantly checking on is, it was an amazing experience. I am so full!
I don't usually do reviews but I had to this time because I am actually blown away. The food here is just like my grandma used to make and it was the best I've had in years. Thank you.
Super yummy and budget friendly10 for the meall and 5 for the cake witch is a big piece and super moist. Friendly customer service also and welling to set and run thru the prices, would totally go back thereFast service also , so I was about to grab my food and have time to eat before work
FANTASTIC! Love the atmosphere and friendliness of the host. Food was hot, temp wise and spiced perfectly. I love horchata and I've not tasted any better than here. I would highly recommend this place. Great food, low cost yet large portions. Host is positive and engaging. I had a breakfast torta with eggs ham, egg and cheese. My wife had breakfast tacos with sausage, egg and cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection. I loved everything about my experience here and will be coming back soon.
