It appears to be takeout only with a large table at the entrance. Friendly service. Very fast cook time even during busy hours. Options abound. Lots of choices. Beef brocolli is good. Happy family is good. They use a lot of thickening agent and the juices gel up into goo. Avoid the lucky dragon shrimp and spicy scallop. Scallop is diced up with something else and put in an odd sweet and spicy sauce.
I love this place. It's always difficult finding a good Chinese restaurant close to home, but this place is one our new favorite places. The prices are decent, the food quality is on point?, and they are always super fast. I hope they continue operating this way.
I have been getting food from Lucky Dragon for years and have never had any complaint as to their quality of food or the taste. Tonight though, it was a different story. I don't know if they're having an off day or what, but the pork lo mein I got was with spaghetti noodles which is absolutely taboo from a restaurant that serves lo mein. The meat was also not up to par, some was pork, the other tasted kinda like beef?? The fried rice was more like a brownish mush, nothing in it but rice. Also, the sauce was just not good. It was the worst food I've ever gotten from this restaurant. Maybe they picked it up from that restaurant up the road, and delivered that to me. I'll give them 1 more chance, but if this ever happens again, they'll be off my list for good. I'm so disappointed!
Got the pu pu platter, and I was not impressed. I won’t be going back. I just thought this was going to hit the spot, and it didn’t. My food was hot and fresh, just lacking flavor.
I’m not one who usually has bad experiences or leaves negative reviews but this place just didn’t work out for us. We got take out since dine in was unavailable and took it to the park to eat only to find out annoyingly enough they didn’t give us any utensils or napkins. I ordered the orange chicken and rice. The rice was fresh and the portions were good, but the chicken looked like it had been sitting out for a while and reheated. My partner ordered the squid. The portion was also large, but mostly just veggies that couldn’t even be eaten due to allergies because the dish included nuts. It didn’t even cross out minds to make sure the squid didn’t have nuts, as it was kind of unexpected. We also ordered dumplings which were very good, but besides those and the rice everything else was not the best.
The food here is excellent! The best around. The staff is friendly and very professional also. We highly recommend! The chicken kung pao is my favorite.
Worst fried rice I've ever had. Actually, I don't think I've ever had bad fried rice before this. I tried drowning it in the yum yum sauce and the spicy sauce to no avail...?
Love this place, been coming here since I moved to Colorado Springs. Anytime someone visits I must have them try out this place. 10/10 each time! 100% best spot in town for Chinese food
Pulled up randomly for take out because I was craving Chinese food. Only took a minute to get it together. (He told me it would be 5) Lunch portions are huge! Tastes fresh! ❤️
Would you like oil or hot mustard on the side? Would you want to know that they aren't just being courteous, but are in fact charging you? Well, look, even the fried rice is tasteless as well as the meal (Mongolian Beef) and those sauces they charged you $1.50 for, won't help save your dinner. Won't be back, Panda Express is better than this
