I have driven down here from Denver multiple times with different groups of people because this place is amazing. I try to order something new every time but I still can't resist also getting the french onion soup which is the best I've had outside of France. It is PERFECT. We also always get the eclairs, they're delicious. The staff is super friendly and the owner is so dedicated he's helped us find a table even when it's super busy.

The cream of mushroom soup was excellent and my sig other really enjoyed the spinach salad. He devoured it actually! The breads were amazing. I resisted the pastries, but I'd put money down that they are fantastic! All breads and pastries are made there.

La Baguette is a great french bakery. They have everything from filled croissants (ham and cheese, apple, cream cheese, and chocolate) as well as wonderful baguettes. I am a huge fan of their French Onion soup and chicken salad sandwich on croissant. It is a great place for a weekend brunch or weekday lunch and is my go to place for when I need a fresh loaf of bread to go with lunch or dinner. If you are in Old Colorado City check it out and enjoy some great bread or a great dessert.

A really good place to grab lunch, dessert, or breakfast in Old Colorado City. Features great and accessible French-inspired foods, breads, and desserts. Casual atmosphere and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the signature French Onion soup, the hot croissant sandwiches, the creme caramel (my favorite), and the great cheesecake ?

We always hit here for lunch if in area. Dog-friendly on patio. The fondue is off the chart, and you get a large loaf of bread each and magical taste. The fondue is large enough that I wouldn't recommend getting something else unless it is lighter. I got the ham and cheese sandwich (asked for Dijon mustard) and it was really good. Sandwiches are simple, but ingredient are high quality. This is one of those counter order, seat yourself places, but you still feel like you are getting personalized service. Wish they would push the envelope a little more on menu, but love it regardless!

It was a wonderful experience, of course it always is here. My family has been coming here for almost 20 years. And whenever we visit we come here and have the French onion soup. The breads are amazing and my personal favorite is the escargot.

A go-to in Old Colorado City! My family has been dining here for years and we have never had a bad experience! I personally recommend their butternut squash ravioli. However, the tortellini and linguine are also amazing. Great location, vibes, and not too expressive either.

Love this place. Can’t believe they have a single bad review !

Just devine french onion soup! It is hard to find a good french onion soup, and this place has it. Really cute atmosphere and seating areas, yummy looking sweet treats (I did not partake), and service is friendly and quick.

My wife and I loved it years ago. However, we were somewhat disappointed in the taste of our former favorite, French Onion Soup. The taste was almost bland, not as good as before. I realize there have been many staff changes and the cooking methodology had probably changed as well. We won't be going back.
