Delicious food made quickly with an extremely friendly waitress. Both my son & I enjoyed our breakfast there! Plus who doesn't love to say they ate at a tiny purple castle!

Absolutely amazing Breakfast. We ate here two mornings in a row. The breakfast burritos were the best I have had anywhere. The staff is friendly and the environment is a true diner feel. Highly recommended

A literal food addiction, how amazingly consistent this place is. Great portions for the price. Try them you won’t be disappointed. Green chile cheese fries are amazing, along with their French toast, breakfast burrito (bacon) and Merle scramble.

I feel like I don’t have enough nice words to say about here. My husband and I go every Monday. From the smiling faces that know us and greet us when we walk in the door to the amazing food that you can taste the love cooked in you just can’t beat it. And they treat everyone who walks in the door the same. I recommend this place all the time. Thanks for the amazing food and service guys!

This is really a neat place! Definitely stands out on the road, food is down-home good, and very well-priced! Employees are so nice!

Another great experience with Sue! I took my friend with me this time so he could experience the tasty food. The only concern my friend had was the onions weren't consistent in the sandwich, he got a big bite of onion. In any case, I recommend this place ?!The look of the castle caught my attention. I walked in just to check it out and liked the diner atmosphere. It’s a small place but very cozy. The server, Sue, was very friendly and asked me a few questions to see what I’d like. After finding out my taste she recommended the sandwich not on the menu; I ordered that. Casey, the cook, made it for me. It was quick—since I was the only person in there—delicious, and greasy. I liked everything about the sandwich and fries, even the coffee was tasty. I highly recommend this place.

Been here 15 years. Always good things about this place. And they're are all correct. Spot is amazing. Especially on a nice day when you can eat outside. Thank guys ✌✌✌

I need to say first that the chef cooking our food is an artist. The food was perfect and made with skill. It's a small place but completely worth it. The service was full of wit and good conversation. This hole in the wall is some of the best breakfast I've had so far in town.

The best breakfast I've had in the Springs. Portions are large and you will probably leave stuffed. My husband had the #2 with sausage and earned a clean plate sticker. I got the #4 and a half order of hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were good but definitely not the star. The Texas toast and sausage gravy though, I don't know of I've ever eaten something so perfect. The toast had the perfect amount of butter and you still got a little crunch even though it was smothered in gravy. I finished as much as I could and brought the rest home. I typically don't overeat, but it was so good that the minute we got home, I finished my leftovers. The food came quickly and the staff was attentive. One thing that surprised us was the size. There are probably about 10 seats inside and 3 tables with about another 10 outside. Probably not the best place for large parties.
