Pulled up at 8:20 pm after checking that google says they close at 10pm. Sign on door states that the close at 9 instead due to being short staffed. It’s before 9 so we’re all good right? Nope door is locked. And 2 employees are outside smoking and say absolutely nothing to us. And they Walk back inside as we are leaving. It appeared that the drive thru was open but a long wait for only one car. Did not want to give them my business so went elsewhere.Will be calling to complain as well. Doors should be open for business as long as your signs say that you are open.

I stopped here on my way back home from Denver. It seemed like only a couple of people were working there which means it took over 20 minutes to get our food. Granted when we got it everything was fresh and hot.

After waiting at the counter for a while, I asked one person if counter service was offered? He said he didnt see us. Oh my gosh, filthy floor, ants all over it. We kept looking for a clean area to eat in the empty dining room at noon. We need not guess why it was empty.

If I could give less than zero stars, I would. Worst customer service ever. I went inside to order and a staff member said they would be with me in a minute. I waited ten and then yelled at the staff asking if anyone was going to help and take my order. I got a "we are understaffed and really busy" and still no one came to the counter!!! Well I will do my best to make you less busy and with the worst service in the world, you won't have to worry about being busy too long because you'll be shut down!

Fast service never have messed my orders up

Pulled into the drive through at 1:23, I was the 2nd in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal no pickles and a cheeseburger plain, just the burger. What I received at 1:44 (now late coming back from lunch to work) was a burger, just meat and bun no cheese; and two orders of fries. So not only did it take 21 minutes to put the fries into a bag and slap a single piece of meat on 2 cold buns; they forgot the most expensive part of the meal. Figured I'd skip the line at the McDonald's next door, but now I know why there wasn't one at the kfc. Won't be making that mistake again.

Sigh. I don't know why I come back to this place. Except it was late and it was the only place open. I think the food is awful because I have a basis of comparison. I remember the old days when the BIG pieces of chicken were juicy and tasty. Now, the TINY pieces of chicken are dry and bland. And really small. And the tenders are extra dry and flavorless. I'm not sure if this switch is because of corporate decisions or because customers just put up with low standards. But here we are.

But I 1st visit to this location and will most definitely be my last.Closed 30 minutes early. Left open sign on until I got there and tried to open the door. What a joke. After reading other reviews as well I see this is not the 1st time they did this. In fact reading all of the reviews I will never come back again. Looks like they are pretty low rated and I can see why.

This was the most cleanest KFC I have ever been in and the staff exceptional customer service Steven and all staff are ? workers.

Drove 15 min to ordered a 16 piece bucket meal, only got 12 ask for no wings 5 of my pieces were wings coleslaw was saggy and had no sauce in it. At least the biscuits were fresh. Tried calling numerous times amd no one picks up the phone. Some would say check your order before you drive off. I don't think I should not have to make sure people can count to 16 after paying them almost $50 for service.1 star.
