The place was filthy and the counter was covered in soda. The employees were not friendly no greeting and just ignored you!!

For fast food, this is one of my favorite places. They’re quick and the food always tastes the same, which is a good thing. The Papa Burger is one of the best fast food burgers and is very underrated. Also, the fries are amazing.
Since when do restaurants think it's okay to just lock the doors and shove everyone into the drive-thru? Stop locking the doors and let your customers in!!
No team work here. Employees act like uber orders and door dash order are a.problem. I've been waiting now 15 min watching 3 employees do nothing. I got here at at 7:40 leaving at 8:15
Always fast and friendly at this location, came thru at 9pm. Still very friendly!
The food is good and the service was fast but I ordered popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes and a soda and instead of charging a popcorn chicken combo for about $9 according to the website, I got charged everything a la cart which was over $11. Might wanna retrain your cashier kfc.
Sorry you are understaffed but prioritizing drive through customers and making mobile/to-go customers wait until everyone else is satisfied is BS.They told me themselves they do this today.
Ordered 2 family meals. Chicken that was supposed to be crispy was very soggy. The breast was extremely dry and yet wet at the same time from the outside condensation. The biscuits that we had to wait for 10 minutes for, were still raw, had to cook for 5 more minutes in the oven. When I say raw, there was dough oozing out of them. The cole slaw was sitting in liquid. About 20% of the cole slaw container was liquid. The potatoes were pretty disgusting.
Every thing we ordered had a weird chemical after taste. They couldn’t even get the biscuits right. They were super dry and crumbles into pieces. No flavor. Very disappointed will never be ordering again. I thought if I gave you guys one more chance you would wow me. I guess I was wrong.
Customer service at the drive thru is so aweful, if you want the rest of your day ruined with pure rudeness then this is your spot. This is the fourth time coming here in the past year because of convenience....Never coming here again.
