There were at least 7 people working and they had a great time taking to each other. They ignored the customers. I ordered a mix of crispy and original. Most of the chicken was dark meat and backs. 1 breast piece. The service was very poor. Too bad since this is the only one around here. Won't be going back.

This store was completely disorganized and a mess! We waited for 20 minutes for chicken and the customer service was horrible. When you are in a business of service you should learn how to talk to customers and not just yell at each other across the store. There were dirty cups and cake behind the counter and one of the tables in the dining room had dominos pizza boxes all over it because according to the staff they just had a party…
Staff was very disoriented and didn't pay attention to who they were serving. I was behind a young lady and the staff assumed we were together. They took her order and I had to finally get someone's attention attention to make my order. I waited approx 5 minutes to make my order.

They don’t care at all about customers. Ordered a famous bowl, asked me to pull to the front and they said it would be right out. Waited 15 minutes until I went back inside to check on it. They totally forgot and I was the only person there..
Very helpful and courteous, I needed 50 pieces of chicken and they did it right away with no questions asked...I called king soopers and they gave me a hard time as if they didn't want to accommodate me. Thank you KFC!
Who stops cooking chicken at 7pm when they are opened until 10 pm?? The KFC in Fountain across the street from POPEYES.. THATS WHO!! So DONT go there after 7pm. They wanted to give me 8 pieces of wings in place of a 8 piece all dark meat. So luckily there is another KFC off of Academy and Hancock. They didn't have any chicken left either. BUT...THEY OFFERED TO DROP SOME FOR ME INTO THE FRYER!! ARE YOU LISTENING FOUNTAIN KFC... THEY OFFERED ME ( THE CUSTOMER) IF THEY COULD DROP A FRESH ORDER FOR ME!!! GUESS WHERE I AM GOING NEXT TIME I WOULD LIKE SOME KFC???? NOT YOU!!
There were 0 customers. We ordered 2 potatoe chicken bowls which at other KFCs would take like 2 minutes to get. Not one customer was in the store or drive through. Twenty minutes later as the workers hung out and talked about personal stuff, I finally asked for a refund and we left hungry. The manager was upset and some young girl was lippy in front of me "Why de want a refund, dat stupid." This was definitely a ghetto KFC and I can't imagine they will stay in business with no customers and poor customer service. There is a Taco Bell nearby, so we ate there. The taco bell was full, but we still got our order in less than 5 minutes. :) This review is not for all KFCs, just this one.

Accepts Door dash order. We show up. There out of strips says will be 20 minutes after we had been there for 8 already. Not a dasher in the state would wait that long.. congratulations you screwed us. Then you tell Door Dash that you have the food.. liars!!!!
