Service was great prices were accurate, food was delicious and filling. He even worked with me to make it more accommodating for my disabilities. There is wheelchair access and the ramp is not over steep. Just wish they had the push to open button.
Every employee in the store is wearing gloves and doing pretty good with food safety except accept the manager who is touching all of the chicken and biscuits bear handed also his employees are trying to help him and lend an extra hand but he continues to get frustrated with them and barks at them
I was really wanting wings but didn't have time to go sit down somewhere and remembered that KFC had some wings. I had never had them before so I thought I would give them a shot.I went through the drive through and was told there would be a wait and to park around front. I waited at least 15 minutes for my food which is crazy because there weren't any people inside and only a few cars went through the drive through.I got my wings and they were very heavily breaded and extremely greasy. The grease was pooling on the bottom of the container. I ate a few but they weren't worth eating and I didn't eat the rest of them.Very disappointing and I won't be going back.
It's a special place. I was surprised how slow and prepared the employees were. We spent $85, the chicken was greasy and old. The potatoes and coleslaw was fantastic, however.
Came in tonight after a long day, me and the GF texted about getting some kfc. We arrived at 8pm I wanted to go in just to make sure everything looked good, but she didn’t want to leave the car so we went through the drive through. I ordered the two drums and thigh combo asked nicely if I could sub the thigh for a drum and they said absolutely. Upon arriving home (4 minutes away) I noticed I had two very small drums. No third drum or at-least a thigh. Asked for the same the time before, at-least got a thigh that time . Not to mention the drums were not only tiny but below room temp, not cold nor warm enough. It’s sad considering the fries were hot. This is the second time, and last at this location. Both times unhappy. Do better <3
It seems like the management at this store is handicapped and it reflects on a majority of the employees. I have received pristine service from Autumn and Caleb. Bless there hearts!
The last 3 tines I've gone yo this KFC my food was wrong and the girl at the drive thru is extremely rude. I will no longer be going to this location

THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE, very very bad customer service, the manager is the worst. The WHOLE STAFF SHOULD BE LET GO. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN, I will be making sure that EVERYONE THAT I KNOW, NEVER goes there and I hope they spread the word. Trashy people, from management all the way down. I AM SO DISGUISTED.
My mom stood there. For 10 minutes. Waiting to order. People, kids looked at her. No one offered any help. She left. Very bad service. What's your excuse?
