Absolutely horrible freaking terrible.went in there a few minutes ago there were 5 people behind the line standing not even busy.i stood there for 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was there.the line cook walked out of the bathroom with his apron on still and the other people were standing there doing absolutely nothing at all and they had the nerve to look me in the eyes and walked straight to the back.iv never had that kind of disrespect from thus trash place .never get my service again.rude lazy people.

Not busy Friday night, 630 pm. Soggy Fries, Smashed burger. And Spicy specialty chicken sandwich that was worse value ever. Never going back

When someone in the drive-thru has to inconveniently come in to pour a different drink, and they tell you that the Pepsi is out. You don't stare at them like they are speaking Japanese...you say, sorry for the inconvenience sir we will get that changed. If you can't take pride in your job whether you are a ceo or flipping burgers, then get out of the customer service field. Incompetence must thrive here
Sucks every single time and I lose 20 dollars. Colonel used to be such a fun and exciting treat to look forward to, I don't think they need the A&W part really nothing that they have is good besides the root beer.
Chicken was good was missing a biscuit Pepsi was better by this timeBut someone needed sweep the floor is always a mess in case they unfamiliar it's called a Broom description :long stick with bristol or brush at the end of it is used to clean the floor....
I go there for my mother but I must say.... not impressed by the food quality and the drive thru experience
Upside: Large parking lot nearby for vehicles with trailers. Also has A&W attached, staff friendly, service is fast.Downside: None really, just your typical fast food joint.Comments: Have not dined inside, just drive through. Would recommend going here. Review based on 5 visits.
Everything was adequate or average. Nice person at drive thru that saw to it I got what I wanted.
