Had to wait for my order of chicken tenders No one in drive thru at all. What ever happened to service? Go some where that has business.

Went through the drive through, and ordered a 12 piece bucket with half original, and half extra crispy, we got only original which was dry after sitting under the lamp for awhile!! We had 3 large sides, and only got 2 sides! The bill came out to about $40!! We will not be back!!
Always something wrong.Last time it was bad tasting food. The oil must have been burned or really old.Everything tasted burned and they never answer their phone.Will make the trip across town to the any one of the others if we ever want KFC again.
Ordered dinner this evening. This is what we recieved. I called the manager and she said don't know what you are talking about, there is no grease around here. Must be condensation from the lid. Does this look like condensation? She refused to do anything about it. Horrible food and even worse customer service!!!
I have ordered variety of food from this establishment, which has been well prepared and served in a good timely manner with very good service. The staff are very pollute and patient. I would DEFINITELY recommend!!5/5 stars ?
This KFC is very unprofessional the employees are rude, after spending over 50 dollars the chicken was hard,the mashed potatoes was cold an they literally served us the bottom of the Mac an cheese pan. This was our 5 times at this KFC since it’s the closest an the results has been the same rude employees and nasty food
Made and paid for order online. Received confirmation of order. Went thru drive thru to pick up order and was told complete order didn’t go thru and asked to pull up. After waiting for 15 minutes called store to ask what was happening with my order and was very rudely told my order was not going to be made. Order should have been ready at 9:29 pm… never received. But I was charged.Only giving 1star so it will allow me to post review. Should be zero!
This has got to be the worst KFC in the world. 3 strikes, and it's out!!! A couple of years ago I encountered a rude and sarcastic adolescent, from whom I drove away. About a year ago I couldn't get a chicken sandwich, and was told it would be several minutes until the system would reboot. I was ready to swear off this store, bur decided to try again with a prepaid online order. I arrived about 10 minutes later to learn they had no record of my order, and,without proof,I was S.O.L. My credit card co. confirmed the charge from this specific venue.
Arrived just before closing but was still served properly, quickly and with good portions. The staff was friendly yet professionalOnly draw back that has to be mentioned, the area is risky, especially at night but knowing is half the battle.A lot of homeless wander this area as do other unknowns.Enjoy.
We like the coleslaw at KFC and our son picks us up some occasionally and then he likes their popcorn chicken. For the third straight time in 34 days the reply was it will take twenty minutes. Really? Is this a fast food restaurant? Not just ranting about these times. It is common there and we have had to get money refunded before as they had no chicken. Do you have to make a reservation here to get some chicken?
