Just a all out different experience, The food was amazing! They put on a show. There are many different ways you can sit to eat. Highly Recommend!

If you're looking for a Japanese hibachi restaurant to go in Colorado Springs then the Jun Japanese Restaurant should be a must stop!

First time I came here I called to order take out. After being on hold I was able to drive the 10 minutes here. Hung up in the parking lot as I figured I would not be off hold soon. My order did not match the price listed on the menu.Second time coming here. came here with my family. The hibachi chef was very nice and great with the kids. Our waitress was subpar. The food was okay but nothing great especially for the price tag. The entrance needs to be redone. If you have plants and similar things up front, they need to be maintained. The bathrooms were a 5/10. One of the bigger issues is you don’t get an itemized receipt which is frustrating as our experience did not match the cost.Ask a waitress for assistance. After a few moments, she put on her jacket, yelled bye to someone across the restaurant and left before helping us.I don’t see us coming back. Sadly still on the search for a good hibachi place.

Cozy atmosphere and hearty portions! Best sushi we have had in a long time. Sunken table options and hibachi grills also. Speedy service. We will be back, with more friends!

Food was good, but a really bizarre and distasteful experience.At the end of our meal, we inquired about Happy Hour Sushi, which is promoted directly on their website under the “Sushi Menu” tab.Our server said that “they hadn’t done Happy Hour in 2-3 years.”That’s fine, but we were a bit confused and thought she was just mistaken.I pulled up the website again, making sure it was for Juns (of course it was), and we asked to speak to the manager.Jun himself came over and basically reiterated the same thing our server said, saying that “due to COVID we haven’t raised our prices but are unable to do Happy Hour.” That’s totally fine, and we get it, but we again pointed out his website and told him that it was false advertising and dishonest.This seemed to have triggered him because it progressively went downhill from there.He continued arguing with buddy, even after repeated attempts to end the conversation and have Jun walk away (we were still finishing up our food.)As we finished, Jun more-or-less hovered around us.He bussed our table.He followed us to the door.He held the door open and then INITIATED another argument with my friend.He went on about how we were “probably going to write a bad review” and repeated his same excuse for his website, basically saying that he had “no control over the website and he’s trying to fix it” (??? It takes 3 years to update a website?)My friend AGAIN tried to end the conversation by telling him to have a good night and attempting to walk away - to which Jun essentially puffed-out his chest and seemingly wanted to fight him. He followed us a SHORT distance into the parking lot, but nonetheless followed us - all while yelling at us, calling my friend a “jackass” and demanding we never come back.I almost thought I was having a stroke because I’ve never seen an OWNER treat a customer like this.Really, really bad customer service that put a horrific taste in my mouth.Won’t be back and won’t be recommending.

Me & My Husband went to this place it was really good service started off very questionable ? But once we set down at the hibachi table the service improved expeditiously our server was a Lady Name Masayo She was amazing ? The chief was really good ?? it was just two of us so we told him he didn’t have to do tricks and all that of course he still did which made it more amazing ? his name was Terry The Food was definitely delicious my favorite part was the vegetables and the sprouts it was awesome ?? take the time out and try them and we were a walk in thanks jun

I loved the place, the food was great and the restaurant was clean. Teriyaki was an awesome hibachi chef to have. The jokes were amazing and the atmosphere is calm and contemporary. They have Hibachi grills, dining tables, as well as a traditional japanese seating area for meals. 10/10 recomend.

Very disappointed!!! I have called before to know if the restaurant was open and fully in operation, and the lady said yes. Then when I arrived, the lady said that they cannot accept any orders and the time to wait will be 2hours

My family of 4 went for hibachi tonight our reservation was at 6pm. We didn’t get served until 7:30! Staff is terribly untrained. Our hibachi chef never worked in a restaurant till 3 weeks ago… he was a welder before this job. ? my husband was really upset about the quality of food and service. Jun was unfazed. He blamed the service and food on covid which was one factor but the biggest factor was that he over booked the restaurant and didn’t train his new staff. We’ve been going here for years but I can tell you we won’t be going back and I’d recommend anyone to pass this one by until he gets it sorted out.
