Really good chocolate chip mint & the waffle cone it was in was the best I've ever had!! The strawberry Sunday had fresh strawberries over some excellent vanilla ice cream. All in all...can't wait to go back!!
We started by waiting in the short line and watched someone make waffle cones. She chatted with us and then offered us a broken piece. Then when we get up to order they are happy to let us sample the ice cream. I had rumchata and it was AMAZING! My husband had a malted mozel toff in a waffle cone. Fantastic!

On our way to the grocery store for last minute dinner items, and ice cream, my boyfriend's son suggested getting the ice cream at Josh & John's. I have never heard of this place before so I said "why not give it a shot?" I'm glad that I did! This is the cutest little shop. Walking in the vibes are very warm and welcoming. The young ladies behind the counter were very friendly, very helpful and incredibly patient! I got a scoop each of yellow cake, cookies & cream and mint chocolate chip together in a milkshake. (it sounds horrible but don't knock it till ya try it) It was so good!! My boyfriend's son got a waffle cone with 3 scoops as well, I can't remember what flavors he got but it was HUGE!! Then they asked if my dog would like something. They have ice cream for dogs, that was a plus for me! We also purchased 2 pints of ice cream to take home. Before leaving tips our bill was cheaper than what we would have spent at the grocery store and they have a better selection. If you are in Colorado Springs and an ice cream lover, you have to check out Josh & John's!!!
Should I say it's horrible? I probably should so I can have it all to my self. Dutch Chocolate, Mocha Java Jolt and ....Purple mountain Majesty. That one should.be forbidden. Absolutely the best. I have eaten a lot of icecream that is simply to sweet. Thankfully Josh and John found that good combination. ( I admit not quite the Grapefruit sherbet last year. That was terribly sweet) And btw. I love that I just can grab a pint out of the freezer and pay at the scanner right next to it.
Went yesterday evening to celebrate a peers birthday, a line of 20+ customers because of it still moved relatively fast. Ice cream was good and I enjoyed a waffle bowl.

This is some of the best ice cream you will ever have! They have such interesting and delicious flavors. Also, their hot fudge and caramel are delicious!! Highly recommend getting a sundae with one of those on top!
