Amazing restaurant!! My husband found this amazing restaurant for our 4th Anniversary and talk about impeccable quality ?. It’s not too big inside and the atmosphere was perfect. Joseph’s brother was serving us and he was amazing, always checking on us and he was so pleasant. My husband had a special which was Cajun Louisiana White Trout. I am not much of a “fish” person but let me tell you, the flavor was so delicious. I have uploaded what the dish is comprised of. He absolutely loved it and the portion size was more than we thought it would be. The presentation of the food was noteworthy in itself. There is White Trout on the regular menu as well. I got the Filet Mignon which was delicious also! What comprises that is on the full menu that I uploaded. The picture doesn’t do it justice at all either, it was bigger than I thought it would be and the sauce was soooooooo good ?. Joseph came into the restaurant towards the end of our dinner and my husband got the Bananas Foster in which Joseph makes it himself when he’s there and Chris loved it! Don’t like bananas so taking his word for it but he ate it all and had zero complaints. I had the Crème Brûlée which was also a pretty good size portion and I wasn’t in the least disappointed ?. On July 27th, they are having a Wine Dinner if anyone is interested ?, and I voluntarily am putting this here, they didn’t ask me to but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to let everyone know about it. 4 Courses ?, 3 with some amazing seafood and steak and the infamous Bananas Foster to top it off. Nice to have such a nice restaurant in Colorado Springs and not have to go to Denver for amazingly, fantastic, quality food and service.
Celebrated our anniversary here. Absolutely fantastic from the presentation of the food, taste and the service. Very friendly and attentive staff. My wife had the filet mignon and I had the special of Cajun Louisiana White Trout. We will definitely be returning.
We enjoyed an outstanding dinner in a comfortable elegant atmosphere. The Pepper Steak was the best I have ever had. Nice wine list, attentive service, freshly and expertly prepared food made for a delightful evening. This is a true gem in Colorado Springs.
Absolutely loved the fresh, white table linens. The partitions that have been added to kind of separate the tables and provide privacy work very well. The Cakebread wine was kind of incredible but the Chilean sea bass was mind-blowing good. I normally don't like snails en croute (in bread) but the way Joseph prepares them, they are delicious and not dry as seems typical. This anniversary dinner turned out so special that Joseph's Fine Dining has shot to the top of our list of fine dining restaurants in Colorado Springs.
One of the best meals we've ever had, certainly in the 15 years we've lived in CO! Fantastic Chilean sea bass special, chicken piccata, appetizers and desert. Great quaint atmosphere. Wonderful service and owner (Joseph). Prices actually aren't bad for high end food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had the best Birthday dinner at Josephs! Immaculate food and service. Thank you to the staff for making my Birthday one to remember! ?
My husband took me here for Valentine's Day. It was definitely delicious! Small portions but very well seasoned. Drinks were fantastic!
Luis was our server and he was attentive and enjoyable to have conversation with. Food was awesome! Will definitely be back!
I don’t ever leave reviews but I feel others should know. The food was good however, there is not nearly enough bang for you buck. The steaks came with 2 small potato pieces, 2 asparagus, 2 broccolis (that were very hard), and 2 baby carrots. If I’m paying 45+ for a steak I expect more than a couple scraps as a side. Also, the salads are not included as it may seem, they are 15ish extra.Service is good and the workers are very kind but you’re better off spending your money elsewhere if you want a decent portion size and better experience overall.
