I ordered the scallops with snap peas. First of all, so extremely salty. The scallops were soggy and tasteless. Not sure what the "sauce" was, hard to tell with all the salt. I could almost eat the snap peas but would have had to wipe off the excess whatever that was. Pricing is exorbitant even if it had been eatable. The fortune cookie was fine I guess. Couldn't eat that either as I had to take something to settle my stomach. The one star is for the fortune cookie.

This place was amazing. To make your own soup at the table with fresh ingredients is crazy for dining out. But fun, tasty and management and servers were very helpful. We loved it. Can't wait to go again.

Ordered the General Tsao chicken past sunday and was very disappointed. The chicken was obviously precooked as it was dry and overcooked before the coating and sauce was added. The coating was undercooked and slimy perhaps to prevent further toughening. Maybe it was a bad chef day. Threw most out....wont be back

Not easy to find hot pot so I stopped here for lunch while driving on I-25. They gave me the default lunch menu, so I had to ask about the Hot Pot. They sound like they are proud of this particular dish. For the single dish I got to select 4 meats, 4 veggies, 1 dipping sauce and 1 noodle as well as the flavor of the broth. The both makes or breaks Hot Pot and they had excellent broth. Service was quick and friendly. The cost was a little steep. I would return here for the Hot Pot. This is in a strip mall with plenty of parking.

Came here on a Friday night and it wasn't super busy so so were able to get seated right away. The service was very friendly and fast. Both of the servers were very attentive to their tables and made sure everyone had everything. I think our servers name was Ronnie (I am sorry if that's not right) and she was very friendly, courteous, and helpful with our tables needs.. The menu is extensive and has a large selection of food and different flavors. We did not try the hot pot menu so I can't comment on that but the Chinese food was very good. Everything came out hot, fresh, and really fast. I had a Mongolia Three combo and it was Mongolian beef, shrimp, and chicken in one dish. The whole table enjoyed their food and had no negative comments. Needless to say, we will definitely be back here.

A fun food preparation experience for everyone! The service was great and the food was fantastic! It was a fun experience to share with friends. Everyone got their own choice of soup base and we customized our own meats, vegitables and noodles. We started with an appetizer of hand-made pan fried dumplings which were meaty, moist and perfectly prepared with a side of sauce. Then the items for the Hot Pots began arrive it was an opportunity for conversation and food preparation fun! If you don't go for the Chinese food definitely go for the Hot Pot it's worth the drive..

The sweet and sour chicken was more like sweet and sour jerky. The chicken was over done horribly. The egg rolls where doughy with no taste. Disappointed unfortunate.

I love this restaurant. They have so many things to choose from and the food is delicious. My favorites are the Singapore Mai Fun noodles (thin rice noodles made with yellow curry, veggies, chicken, beef, pork and shrimp) and Schezhan Egglant (I add chicken to mine). We've gotten to know the owner and all the employees (who have been there since we started going there - they all seem to love working there). It feels like they are family. It's my favorite place.

The Sichuan Hot Pot is delicious!!! Love the flavors and spiceyness! Best Hot Pot Ive had in Colorado! Probably among the closest to 四川火锅 that I've had in a long time. Would be awesome if they'd consider adding 担担面 to the menu some day :) Very kind staff! Looking forward to being a repeat customer!

Fantastic hotpot and very kind owner and friendly service, they were very understanding when I accidentally ordered the super spicy broth and had to swap out for a milder one. Prices are extremely reasonable for what you get, the quality of the ingredients were great. Check it out!
