This Jimmy Johns is not people friendly like the others. They were rude. All the rest are great. Will not go to the on Garden of Gods again.

First time I’ve had Jimmie John’s that was this bad. Everything was bitter and not good. Recommend going down the street to the other Jimmie johns. But the staff was nice!

Awesome Jimmy John's! Great, friendly customer service. Best for customer service in Colorado Springs. I usually always order a Hunters Club Sandwich at Jimmy John's. Today was no exception. Sandwich was made fast and great quality. Dined in...clean dining area. Convenience of having a second soda fountain on opposite sides of the dining room is a great feature. No congestion in the usual tight spaces near a hall way. Definitely a place I will eat at more often.
Went in like I normally do for my lunch. Recently have been getting their new limited time sandwich but switching out the turkey for the salami and capicola meats because I'm not a fan of turkey. Have never had an issue before but this time apparently that is "not something they can do and I might just want to order a different sandwich." I said I'll just take the turkey, even though they make the alteration no problem every other time. Then I don't get my recipe which I asked for. Not sure if it's new management but this location seems to have gone down hill

Every time I order from this location they miss something. The sandwich doesn't get cut in half, they don't give napkins or mayo packets when they're requested, and the sandwich toppings are always about to fall out of the bread when you open the wrapper. For the price you pay with delivery there is no attention to detail, guess that's what I get for ordering from a chain!
Thank you for delivering my lunch to obviously the wrong place and not having a working number to resolve. I'm so happy I have to go chase around my lunch after paying a delivery fee! I will be coming in once the remodel is done to talk to the owner.
