If I could rate it zero stars I would. ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service we have EVER experienced. My wife’s elderly (80’s) parents were in town and we went to Jersey Mikes for lunch on May 4th. It was a cold and very windy day. We wanted to dine in the restaurant after ordering our food. While eating an associate needed to move boxes either from outside to inside or vice versa. He decided to block the door completely open allowing the cold wind to whip through the restaurant. My father in law got up to close the door because he was cold. He was promptly verbally assaulted by the associate instructed not to close the door. It was completely inappropriate, disrespectful and just wrong. Dad decided to close the door anyway. Dad then approached the other staff to have the situation addressed. The girl at the register owned up to being the manager that day but acted as if there was not a problem and did nothing. The other associate said it was his first day and was completely paralyzed by the situation. Not wanting to have the situation go unaddressed I sent a note to the corporate Jersey Mike customer service. I got a note back on May 5 saying each store is independently owned and that they would contact the owner to have a response provided to us. Well, that owner follow up has never happened either. Needless to say we don’t plan on ever going back there and I recommend you don’t either.
How hard is it..To get a SIMPLE order right? Case in point. I ordered a mini #13 for my wife today. I specifically asked for the oil and vinegar ON THE SIDE since the sandwich wouldn’t be eaten until later on this afternoonEven though the employees wrote “oil and vinegar on the side” on the wrapper , they put it ON THE SANDWICH, which made it a soggy inedible mess when she went to eat it a few hours later… Soooo.. my wife goes without lunch, and I am out the $6 plus for the sandwich that went in the trash! Thanks for your inattention to detail - you have lost a customer forever…And, even worse, my wife is now hungry and mad at me!!
Overpriced soggy sandwich with bad attitude staff. Had several bad experiences from this location as I use to live in the area but this recent time when I cam back solidified my bad tast. Staff have no sense of customer service and won’t work around customers needs. Barely say a word and shoves things into your face without a word to the customer or talks back about mundane things, like how a sandwich should be called by the combo name and not the meat and cheese combination (arguing back and forth) is so rude. This location will over saturate your sandwich with liquids if you ask for any, making it a soggy mess. I’ve been to several other JM’s and this one is pretty awful in comparison.
Worst sandwich i have ever eaten! Paid ten dollars for the roast beef Nd provolone. First there was one tiny piece of meat and one tiny piece of provolone. The worst part is that all i could taste is the oil and vinegar. I will never eat here again! Worse than sub-way and that is really saying something!
Love Jersey Mike's Subs! The deli meats are such high quality. I also like that this location has a drive thru, very genius.
Very skimpy sub. My husband went & ordered a sub for me. Plenty of meat & cheese, but there was barely any lettuce on my sub (so little that I couldn’t taste it or feel it in my mouth) & only 2 thin rings of onion & 2 rings of jalapeños. I guess this is shrinkflation? I won’t be back.
Wow. Friday 2/11, I call in an order for one of their $20 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches then drive to pick it up. I decide to pick it up at the drive-thru line rather than parking and walking in. Young rude punk at the window gets all upset with me for doing this and gives me a lecture on how I should have stopped at the order kiosk and told him before driving up. I mean totally rude attitude over really nothing. Told him to keep his sandwich and drove off. Hope they were able to re-sell it. Rude jerk.
This team here is amazing!! Super fast and super friendly!! Special shout-out to DRAKE!!!!
15 dollars for a sub that the bread was so rock hard it will break your teeth. Mind blowing that the person making the sub to provide to a customer thinks that its ok to do so. Just terrible and will let as many people I know not to purchase at this location. Drive thru didn't even have a menu, you had to guess what you wanted.
If you order online, you have a 50% chance or less of getting the correct order. It's even worse during busy hours. I'm not sure where the disconnect is, but if the owners took some interest it could probably be easily fixed.
