The food is EXTREMELY overpriced and should def lose more than one star. However that kid they have working there is phenomenal.He was polite and friendly, even while working. Knew how to handle the line the way he needed to.Long curly hair. Needs a pay raise.
So I walk in. I wait in line for 10 minutes. Then they say their credit card machine doesn't work. So I asked how long did they knew the machine didn't work. They said 10 minutes. So instead of telling me and the people behind me as I walked in they just wasted my time. Was the credit machine really down? Or did they just sat that to get people to leave because it was close to closing time. 30 min before close....
Money back please... This bread has to be at least 3 days old... I asked for a newer piece when I was there and they said they had nothing. Then proceeded to joke about how terrible the bread was and talking about the person who made it... Every piece was pre-cut. Never seen that before. As I was paying they brought out new loafs... I had no words. I have NEVER left a business review, but we go to Jersey Mike's at least 1x per week and now with this being the third time with issues we will not be returning to this location.
Disgusting. I've never had a sandwich served like this. Supposed to be a tuna, mikes way. I got a smashed mayonnaise sandwich with rations of tuna bits and pickles. I find it hard to believe it wasn't done on purpose. It seems impossible to make this bad of a sandwich. Will be going to South Jersey Subs from now on. Gross.
I ordered my usual #7 from the nice guy on slicer, really good experience. But the lady in front of me got upset because the made a mistake on the order, but the two gentleman that interacted with her did great trying to help the situation politely & efficiently. However, when they remade the sub quickly she still left in a huff. Great job today guys on a busy Saturday! Jersey Mike's is the best around!
Amazing service. The young lady, Toni, was working all by herself. During the lunch rush. She kept up with curbside. Online. And a line out the door. All with a smile on her face. Where is the management one would wonder?!? She was pleasant quick and professional. I can not believe how well she held it together. I would hope she gets recognized by the powers that be, sitting pretty while she busted her tail, making it possible for their store to stay open. She slayed it and deserves more than a raise. Way to go Toni!!!!! Step it up management. Shame on you for not being there today!
The location of this store is easy to miss. Finally stopped here and the sandwiches are so good, but the people who work here need some personality, and better customer service. Speak up, and say hello to your customers. Smile. Otherwise, the food is great.
I would love to give a 5-star rating, considering Jersey Mike's is head & shoulders above Subway and Jimmy John's. But if I get one more unripe or an end of a tomato on my sandwich I'm going to lose it for sure. Also, I wish they would stop the practice of throwing the waste from the previous sandwiches back into the bins to dress the next sandwiches - disgusting.
We received coupons in the mail so we decided to give this location a shot. Our office had 3 separate orders. We called to make sure we were able to use the coupons as only one person was able to do the order pickup for all three and they said yes. They were great over the phone and our order's were all correct. However, when it came time to pick up the food the female Toni who I am assuming was a manager or had some seniority said she did not approve one of our orders. She was very certain and loud with me that we could not use the coupons online or through the app but it clearly stated we could use them on the app. It just would not work and when I explained that we had called to make sure it was going to be ok she wanted the name of who we talked to and etc .. She was extremely rude for no reason at all and it was honestly quite embarrassing. I paid for the meals and left. I personally will not be going back as no one should be treated that way.
Not that leaving a review will matter at this point because clearly with 3 stars, continuous bad service and a mess of a sandwich this location could careless to make much needed improvements. From the female from the start that couldn't muster a hello to the brat drowning my sandwiches in oil this was yet again another bad experience at my local Jersey Mike's. Management you need to clean house.
