Usually I love the food here, but found hair in my food. On top of that one of the works was very very rude. I said her nails were pretty because they looked like well done acrylics. I know getting nails done isn't cheap. She rolled her eyes at me and sighed. She was fine with talking with my partner but refused to talk to me. They didn't make my food until another person came in. It's not polite behavior and I didn't say anything wrong to make her glare at me. I didn't see her name but she had blonde hair and was about 5'3". Both her and someone else talked about how they didn't want to make my sandwich while I was standing right there. The dude was a tall dude with curly dirty blond hair. I left since I didn't want to be around rude behavior.

Got the chicken chipotle sandwich. It did NOT taste like chipotle. More like warm mayo and cheese. Not my cup of tea. My son liked the sandwich (jersey) but the meat is NOT good quality. Literally pressed meat. I gave it a 3 because while the food was not good, the people working there were nice.
Never had any issues with their service and everything tastes fresh. I love the rosemary bread when they have it on hand. Yum. Mike's Way all the way.
Good food… but if you order delivery and they mess up your order and forget to deliver a sandwich- you have to go pick up your food. What kind of policy is this? 2 stars instead of 1 because the food is still good. But it’s very close to falling down a star.
Usually always happy but tonight the guy did not want to wash his hands after sweeping the floor. Disgusting. To me no different than using the bathroom and putting on gloves to prepare food. I'm done. Will no longer eat at jersey Mike's poor hygiene. I refuse to get sick because of employees with no home training.

Last night my husband bought a BLT for me. One look and straight to the trash.. No tomato at all and the bacon died a couple days ago, big blobs of Mayo and whoever made that atrocity was angry as the bun was smashed flat. No more...ever
Wish they would pay attention to the online orders that request customized sandwiches. I just picked up two online orders each for a #56 and unchecked the box for jalapeños for each sandwich. Not a jalapeños fan at all. Both sandwiches had jalapeños on them. Yuck
These sandwiches are absolutely amazing. The staff are nice and professional.
