I'm posting a 5 star review for this team working on 06/08/2022 because during the lunch hour they were faced with some really difficult challenges. The parking lot was half blocked off because there was a company resealing it, and with 7 open businesses, several of them being restaurants, that can't be easy for anyone. People are already walking in annoyed about the parking situation. To top it off, they had a TON of online orders that they were drowning in. I understood one woman was waiting for over half an hour in the store for an order she made online. And then others who didn't even wait as long as her were even more angry/annoyed and rude to the employees. They are honestly doing the best that they can. The lunch hour is always business at a sandwich shop. The place is kept clean, and the sandwiches are generally made within a decent timeframe. I walked in and waited a little bit to be addressed, but my sandwich, once ordered, was made promptly. The staff was very friendly despite all the other rude customers, and although they were extremely stressed out, you could tell they were trying their best not to let their anxiety bleed into their customer interactions. Sometimes companies have tough days, and I think today was definitely a struggle for this team, but they did an amazing job persevering. So kudos to them. Keep up the great work!
Ordered online the same way I've done multiple times. Was running a tight schedule and showed up and no one was behind the counter. One gentlemen was sweeping and told me he would go get someone. He then went to the machine to find 7+ online order receipts. Afterwards a woman showed up and made the sandwiches. Good food but bad location.
This location is my work lunch go to spot. Always timely always on point. Friendly staff. Very clean.
Took my girl on a valentine's meal there.. great service and hospitality..Good prices and great food.
I really wanted a sub sandwich today; I saw someone get one delivered this afternoon, and I developed a craving. We discussed which sub places we liked and why, and we decided on one popular place... however, my body wanted Jersey Mike's Subs, and I drove to my 'new sub place' by instinct.I've eaten here 3 times now and Sara here has waited on me twice now. She is so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. While Jersey Mike's Subs are deliciously superior subs in my opinion; people like Sara are why you keep coming back. Thank you for being my home town hero! Y'all definitely get⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars!
I probably visit this Jersy Mike's about 3 times a week. Regular #3 is simple and delicious. I recommend...just don't all go at the same time so I can still get in and out my with my sandwhich!
Best sandwiches we’ve ever eaten. By far exceeded our expectations. It was so good the first night, we ordered again last night. Sarah was exceptionally helpful, patient and very professional in answering my questions. Would highly recommend this place.
I love their chicken bacon grilled sandwich. One of their workers recommended it.P.S. have them add Jalapeños. You won't regret it

5 Thumbs Up for the best sub sandwiches in Colorado Springs, and this store and its Staff rock with exceptional customer service and friendliness. They have been trained well and they do it with a smile everyday. I was there today, again, for a Giant and a take home lunch, and once again had a terrific experience. These folks walk on water and eat fire in my book on making the best Sub Sandwiches and exceptional customer service. My favorite location. Another Sub Above Club sandwich made "Mike's Way" and another 100% satisfied customer. Anytime we are in the neighborhood we make sure lunch time rolls around just in time for Jersey Mike's. Just make it TO GO and head for the Garden of the God's for a picnic lunch.But today, disappointed, not in the quality, but the costs. November 23, 2021. An 8 inch Sub sandwich, a tiny bag of air and 11 small chips tilted my migraine off the scale and out of my future budget at $13.22 with a small tip.
