No staff, no menu, just a few choices. Waited forever due to the poor lady on her own. Should have closed the kitchen rather than serve bad food.
They didn't have anything we tried to order or anything they advertised. The few items that were available for us to order from had to be modified because they didn't even have all the ingredients . I am giving 2 stars only because the server was good although she seemed embarrassed by having to tell us she didn't have anything on the menu that we all tried to order. They had two appetizers and sides to choose from, one of them was french fries LOL. The Limited food items that did come out were horrible. Kudos to the chef who managed to screw up plain hamburgers! We ended up leaving and will never be back. They need to start over and fire the entire staff except for the server who would more than likely have remembered to order cheese!
I don't have a good experience to review your internet site says you're open right now but when I traveled all the way to get here they told me no they're not open at that hour anymore they're closed they're not open for another 4 hours if I could have given you a zero star I would have you need to update your internet because I'm really disappointed and I won't be back
Great staff! The establishment isn't over crowded and the staff pay attention to every patron making sure they are taken care of. The food is great along with the drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant is very relaxing with many tv's playing and a nice cozy fire place that conforts both the inside and those sitting outside of the patio.

Came in to watch the game. Awesome staff. Good beer and liquor selection. Lots of high end selections. Burger a 10 out of 5. If you are staying in the Holiday Inn and don't eat at BJ's you are remiss.
I forgot to take pictures of my food but it was a chicken sandwich and French fries. The French fries I loved!
