Delicious meal and friendly wait staff. The raw oysters were fantastic.
Fine for happy hour or just getting a drink with friends. Definitely not a good place to go for a special occasion. Very small and very loud. Food was pretty good and service was just ok. Avoid it during the summer! So hot in there itâs hard to enjoy your meal at all.
It was my sons 27th birthday it was ok not what I expected. Overall it was good would I go again maybe .
the hostess and our server Sarah were great and patient with us. the food and service were top notch and will return again.
We went to Jax to celebrate an anniversary. Our server was awesome. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer, and it was perfectly cooked and not at all rubbery. My entree has an issue, and I sent it back to the kitchen. The manager came over right away. I explained the problem, and they allowed me to order a different entree. The next one was cooked to perfection and very good. This wasn't our first trip to Jax, and we will continue to go back due to the great food and service.
This was our last dinner to have in Colorado springâs and we chose to have it at jax. The food was excellent we started off with two dozen oysters. My husband had the lobster roll, I had the lobster Mac and scallops. Everything came out piping hot, full of flavor and just amazing. I will miss this place for their food, ambience, and wonderful staff.
I was enjoying my lobster roll and the manager stopped by. She asked me how my lobster roll was tasting. I told her it was good. But that I was from New England, so I would have to say it was not great. She told me that they strive for great, and she offered me something else from the menu. I said, "No Thanks., I am enjoying this sandwich." When the bill came, she comped the lobster roll. That was above and beyond.
We were very happy to find Jax in Colorado Springs! The food was excellent and the waiter was fun to talk to. The atmosphere is very nice too. The cocktails were surprisingly delicious. Itâs a little on the expensive side, however quality of the food was excellent.
The food was really good and the service excellent. We did small plates and shared to get various items that looked good.
Food was decent and service was great! Not sure worth the ticket price, though.
