Staff is extremely rude. Went in on Friday with 15 minutes before close and the girl at the counter was not happy we came in. She gave nothing but attitude. She went to make our smoothies and started throwing the equipment around throwing a tantrum. We got our smoothies and they were a mess we had to wipe off all the extra smoothie off the side of the cups. Besides that the smoothies were watered down. I have been here before and had much better service with better smoothies.
I've been a regular to this location off powers for many years. Stopped by yesterday afternoon and had the displeasure of dealing with the spoiled and entitled teenage girl working the last few times I've been there. She has been extremely rude and disrespectful. The previous time I was in, she threw the blender across the store to the sink like a child having a temper tantrum....very inappropiate behavior!! She absolutely should not be interacting with customers in any job!! I will not be supporting this establishment any further and if she keeps chasing your customers away, I have no doubt you will be closing your doors in the future!!
I wish there was a Jamba Juice in Widefield! I would be there everyday!
Got the acai island bowl on Sunday. The consistency of the acai was so off! It was almost like a store-bought frozen acai bowl that you need to defrost for a little bit. I hate the consistency of those bowls, frozen in some bites and too runny in other bites.I usually get Acai Bowls at Nektar but Jamba Juice was on my way so I decided to try them out (for the first time). Never going back there for sure. I wish I could get my money back :/
Scammed out of $20This location says online and on the door that it closes at 6pm we arrived at 5:15pm and they had already been closed.Edit: decided to give them another chance but order for delivery through the Jamba Juice app. My order was placed at 12:04pm and I received and email from Jamba Juice confirming my order. I waited almost an hour and never got my order. After calling them they tell me that My order hasn’t come through yet despite me receiving a conformation email from them. They also informed me they would not be able to help me and referred me to call the delivery company I ordered through despite the fact I ordered from their app. Thank you for taking $20 dollars for me then refusing to help me in any way. Door dash has confirmed that it is in fact Jamba Juice’s fault
Silvana Harrington refused to serve me at 5:30. After the first gal rung me up. The manager came out and gave me back my cash and said she couldn’t serve me.

Smoothies were good for typical Jamba smoothies. They were out of some ingredients due to supply issues which was unfortunate but can’t really help that. The employees were not super friendly and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The cashier was really quiet and could barely be heard over the loud music and barely made any eye contact.
Last Sunday was the best smoothie of my life! Two girls, one with purple hair and the other with brown both wearing hats made my day so much better. The professionalism they showed was amazing. Continue the awesome work!
Great with food allergies! Smoothies are labeled and they clean thoroughly between orders. Extra concerns are addressed by making smoothies in separate area!
