I love Jamba Juice but they need to be open longer. I came around 6:49 pm and there was 5 other people wanting to get Jamba too. Most people don’t get off till 6ish. That’s a lot of money to miss out on. Plus it’s getting warmer and the sun is out longer. Of course people are going to watch smoothies later in the day. Just food for thought. Other than that love Jamba ?
Has been closed the past few days apparently due to staffing issues. I love it when they are open though. Please open back up soon.1/14 Update. They are back open again.
Got 3 drinks and the service was amazing and so was the drinks.
Fantastic customer service! I came through in the late morning and was greeted right as I walked in by both employees. They had great attitudes and service as I ordered my Fiancé’s very complicated drink. The employee taking my order was quick and polite as she nailed my order. While I was waiting both employees continued to greet customers right as they walked in and got all the orders out in a timely manner. Even calling some regulars by name and have short positive interactions with them before sending them on their way. It’s a breath a fresh air to see great customer service. This will be my main Jamba from now on and I hope they get learn my name as well. Thanks for the great experience and keep up the hard work!

The service was fine but we had to wait a few minutes before they took our order. You could maybe blame that on being understaffed but they didn’t seem very organized. It wasn’t even very busy. While waiting for our drinks, the employees were cussing and not being very nice. Maybe wait till the customers are gone before cussing in every sentence… or don’t do it at all.Update about 30 minutes later… the smoothie was not blended all the way. There were banana chunks at the bottom. It was very hard to drink… or eat the rest of it.Dropped my rating to 2 instead of 3. Try and pick up the service please.
I placed an online order for 445 pick up and when I arrived right on time the drinks were already melted ? and the putrid smell walking into the store was completely off putting ?
The service at this location was great. Fast, friendly, and accurate. Plenty of parking at this location. Easy access.
Always a great time here. The best item, please never get rid of is the Electric Lemonade. Always fresh and great service.
The morning ladies are always on point!!! Never have I EVER had a bad smoothie or negative experience from this store! Emmy and Shannon are rockstars! Love the island pitaya bowl
