3 years after the PLANdemic and you still have dining closed. The drive through wouldn't take an hour and waste $5/gal gas if you let the humans eat inside again.Wake the hell up.Food is good, just ridiculous to see who's still going along with the BS.. 3 years later. Must be saving these companies millions because they need less staff and hell, no more refills on drinks... nobody can complain about anything either because they won't want to wait in the drive through. Genius Jack in the Box. We'll, not really ...as a result I visit 10x less than I used to. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.I still have 3 cars ahead of me after typing all of this. Probably another 10 minutes. So like 30 min total waiting in a drive through. NOT WORTH IT!!
Normal Jack in the Box and quality of food was good. Drive-through is very tight getting around corners if you are in a truck. Lobby is locked up so if you do not have have a vehicle that can get through drive-through you cannot eat. I always have a truck and trailer so can I eat there very often.
Stopped for normal breakfast biscuit, the one that has every meat they have including a burger and two eggs. Their eggs are the best because they're not scrambled and they'll leave some soft to runny yolk, if you ask them, which o always do.Superb as usual and this describes my service too...
Food is always fresh when I come here. The staff is super friendly and they are clearly bustin their tails. Thank you everyone who works here!
I LOVE Jack in the box. We don't have it often, but when I'm in the neighborhood I like going. When I got home today I realized they gave me the wrong burger, I ordered the homestyle ranch chicken club, which cost alot more than the regular burgers, which is what I got, a cheeseburger. I did not go back because I had to go pick up my daughter from school, but it just sucks getting home & realizing you didn't get what you've been craving for a while :(
I wish these were a national chain. Excellent chicken sandwich and nuggies. Fresh tea and fast service!
They’re obviously short staffed and are still doing an excellent job. The staff are always friendly and I enjoy my food each time. At the end of the day it’s a fast food restaurant but, as far as I’m concerned, one of the good ones in town.
This location closes at 8pm?!? Even on the weekend! Really? The lobby is ALWAYS CLOSED. They are still using the pandemic (its 3/2022 now) to raise prices & lower service. Close the lobby and force people to wait in the drive through so you can have less people working & save $ on labor costs. Give me a break. All the other fast food places have gone back to regular hours.
It is 8:50pm. Where I come from Jack in the box is 24hrs. My kids are hungry and tired. There is absolutely no excuse to be closing at 8pm. Just close forever at this point. Absolutely ridiculous.
There are days you've just gotta have Jack! The tacos, for some unknown & probably absurd reason, are always worth sitting in the drive thru. They are currently understaffed, but did a great job of clearing their line quickly. Thanks for delivering on my guilty pleasure!
