Good food, but open your dang lobby. The wait time in drive thru is ridiculous. Hire people!!!

Although I am disappointed they are never open for breakfast at 7, they always get my order right for lunch. The manager is so good at his job and always so nice/friendly!

Went to go sot down and have some burgers with my daughter and the dining room is closed every other fast food restraunt is open in town next time ill decide on going somewhere else to enjoy sitting in a dining room and eating.could bearly hear the guy I was ordering from due to worn out speakers. This place has definitely got worse since before covid.
6/8/22 the girl working the drive through at this location at 7:00pm deserves a raise. 100% best customer service we've had, even asked if we'd like more sauce.
Got my order right on the FIRST try! This JIB is farther away from the JIB nearest to me, but it's worth the drive when I don't have to get back in line bc my nearest JIB gets it wrong 9 times out of 10!
I'm not sure if Jack deserves 5 stars for the food. It's good, like 4 star good, but I grew up with Jack and even though it's changed over the years, it still reminds me of childhood. So, I'll give it an extra star for nostalgia.
Food is always decent. Just as good as any other fast food burger joint.
Stopped by for some grub. It had been a while since I've eaten at this chain. Had the 2x fish with fries. Decent sandwich. Staff was working to make things flow. I'll have to stop back again.
First and last experience with the chain. Some of the worst fast food I've had, not sure if it's the food and recipe, or the teenagers preparing it. All for our youth being employed and it's not so much about them but the company; as what happened to managers that actually manage, real training, and good customer service. This experience was straight from any meme where the customer is asked after every item, "that it?" followed by the loudest expulsion of air the teen could muster to demonstrate their frustration through the speaker. Must be my fault for wanting more than 1 item and something other than water. After leaving, felt the need to head to nearest car wash after driving through the sizable amount of trash collecting at the drive through window.
