Unfortunately, our first experience and impression was not good. Having been to Jamaica several times, I was excited about trying this out, especially since my friend had never had Jamaican food before. It was noon on a Friday and there was only one party before us. The man behind the counter was not friendly at all. They were out of most of the things we wanted to order so we just left. I doubt that we will go back. There are other Jamaican restaurants in the city with friendly staff and good food.

The lunch portions are a little small but the flavor of the food is great. So far I have not had a bad meal at this place and I go here quite frequently. Please keep in mind that the food is made as it would be in Jamaica so just be careful with small pieces of bones in some of the stews. Definitely a place to visit if you want a good wholesome meal.
HEARD ALOT ABOUT THIS PLACE.. WAS SUPER EXCITED... PORTIONS ARE SMALL..GRAVY WAS ABSOLUTELY SALTY… CABBAGE WAS GOOD THO.. THEN TELLING US AFTER WE ORDERED AND GOT OUR FOOD THAT THEY ARE RUNNING A PROMOTION.. THATS WHY ARE PORTIONS WER SMALL.. BUT THE PRICES STAYED THE SAME.. I AM A CHEF AND VERY BIG ON SUPPORTING OTHERS BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHEAT YOUR CUSTOMERS JUST TO MAKE A PROFIT.. I WILL NOT RETURN AND TELL OTHERS AS WELL
RUDE customer service!!!! If you're not black going into this Jamaican restaurant you will be treated rudely!!! Overpriced food, rude customer service and very little food portions with lots of bones. The owner's family also hangs out there and makes fun of customers!!! I've never felt so embarrassed ordering food at a local restaurant. :( Take your business and money elsewhere there are plenty of other places downtown that serve great Jamaican food. These people are racist against any other race except black people. Also almost forgot to mention that this place is very dirty and they need to clean it up or get shut down by the health inspector!!!!

The spicy jerk chicken is where it’s at! Reasonable prices and fantastic flavor. Missed out on the plantains, but I guess that means I’ll be back for more.
The oxtail lunch special was served with rice and plantains. Very very good. I will be returning to try more items on the menu. Highly recommend!!
Great food. The pork was delicious as well as the rice and cabbage. The only wait we had was for the french fries but it was well worth it. The fries are pan fried and came out amazing.
Truly the best food I've had in a long time. I've been here in Colorado for 5 months and no restaurant has topped this one. I recommend the Jerk chicken and curry chicken. Thankful to have this delicious restaurant close by. Keep it up man ?
