Seriously the best pizza I've had in years! I wish that I had eaten here before now, but at least I have a new favorite. I had a pizza and a canolli for dinner and loved them both. I'll be back for sure.
I tried the calzone for the first time. I enjoyed the pizza better, but it was still flavorful.Update: it was extremely good the 2nd day!

My father and I love this place and its wood fire pizzas, we most definitely recommend everyone to try them out when visiting Colorado Springs.
I'm originally from New Mexico so I was surprised to drive down the street and see an Il Vicino! Stopped in to have a pizza and beer and it tastes just as good as I remember it.I was able to order as soon as I walked in the door. The cashier was quick to get my order and then my beer and pizza came out just as quickly.I would say if you have any folks in your party that have hearing issues, this place can get a little loud. I was in with 5 other tables and it was decently loud. I can imagine if this place is busy it gets noisy pretty quickly.
Went on a Thursday evening and service was quick. Pizza is good…they have a real wood fired oven. I had the Margharita Pizza. I’ll be back to try some of the other options.
All things considered this place is great all around. Atmosphere, service, food are all perfect for a quick dinner that's delicious and at a great price! First time there and won't be our last.
One of my wife's and kids favorite new pizza places. We will drive 40mins just to get some pizza
