I am very disappointed in the service my family received at this restaurant. We were seated at 8:15 pm and placed our order at 8:30 pm. Two other tables were seated after our order was taken and received their orders before ours. We waited almost an hour and our food never came. The reason why it was taking extra time, was “there cooks were running slow” I could of believed that and had a understanding if the other orders weren’t coming out after our was placed more the 40 minutes prior.

We visited the IHOP on Father's Day and they were very accommodating and sat at my table before the other half of our party arrived. The manager was awesome, our waitress was awesome. The food was hot it tasted yummy. Visit the IHOP on Constitution and Tutt.
Service slow, pancakes were falling apart, expensive. Don't what happen but was not satisfied. Coffee cups smaller, and and coffee is expensive. Eggs were fluffy and hash browns were fine. But still the pancakes sucked. Might go again. Been our go to place until now.
never have i had a better service experience than with Sean. He was super funny, attentive, and kind. He brought us things before we even told him we needed/wanted it. there wasn’t a single time in the entire dining experience where we were missing something, or waiting on him. He managed multiple tables and did it wonderfully. I hope i get the opportunity to be shelved by him again next time i’m there. I can’t say enough great things about him.
What happened to you IHOP?You guys used to be the go-to breakfast place before and during covid. Your food was delicious and cooked great. Now everything tastes old and just.... not good. Every time I come in!Me and my girlfriend have decided you have lost our business to Village Inn. So sad to be saying that as I have fond memories of IHOP as a kid. Now, you're just a let down. It honestly started going downhill once you took the chicken florentine crepes off the menu.The best example of the decline is evidenced by the toppings for the various pancakes.... they all taste mediocre. You're supposed to be the INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES but you've turned into The International house of MEDIOCRITY!
Waitress never came back to see how my food was. ?would ha e liked the cheese to be melted on my omlete. I had to flag someone down to more tea. She asked everything is fine when she set the check on the table.
I haven’t been to I-hop since pre pandemic. Todays visit was perfect. We were seated promptly, our order was perfect and our food was hot and tasty. Our server was amazing! The best meal and service I have ever had from i-hop.
This used to be a go to place, better than fast food with good food and reasonable prices. Not any more. The only good thing that hasn't changed is the friendly servers. The menu has been reduced to bare minimum, ok if all you want are pancakes, which aren't as good as before. The burger I had was just grease. Barely made it home before I threw up. So sad when a good brand goes down the tubes.
Our breakfast was good as usual, but Sean (aka Senor Syrup) our waiter was wonderful. Funny, interesting, and attentive. He is a great example of how to be a wait person and earn good tips.
We went a hour and a half before closing and the food was not good staff was mad we were eating late and waitress don't listen when we told her one of us is really allergic to tomatoes then got an attitude when we wanted the food off the bill . this Ihop is usually very good .
