While our server was acceptable, while our food sat while she counted her tips, another male server was walking around with his pants halfway down his butt, and nothing but Spanish was being spoken in the public area and loudly. I have no problems with Spanish speaking employees since I'm also a restaurant manager and understand, however in the very public area it can make customers uncomfortable. My sister and I had 2 egg combo w/2 pancakes and it was $36 and it was room temperature. No manager in site...not my best experience.

They are open 24/7 so it's a great place to grab something to eat anytime the food is good and the servers were friendly they keep urn on the table for bottomless cups of coffee which I really appreciate food is exactly what you come to expect and serve breakfast and lunch there and of course it's in the name they have pancakes. I will definitely be going there again and I will certainly offer up their name if a friend is asking for a place to go in the middle of the night for something to eat.
Food was good. Bathroom was extremely clean. I felt bad for my waiter because he literally did everything but cook the food. The lady up front was to busy on her phone to lend a hand. I will never go back because the food is expensive for how cluttered the seating is and the amount you get. ... I prefer Gunther's atmosphere. Three stars for the waiter. He tries hus best there!
Kind of a small dining area, vintage and classic International House Of Pancakes style. The service is OK and the food was alright too. Not a bad place if you can get past the area and the dining area size.

This is one of the few locations where service is to the ground. It is Friday night and they only shave two servers, Two cooks, a bunch of dirty tables and a long wait even though There is not much people.Families are leaving as they arrive due to the lack of service.
Been a while since my last visit here. My son & I had a very fulfilling breakfast today. Our server was spot on. Food not all the same temperature, but the restaurant was very actively busy. No complaints about it.
A very enjoyable visit which can be attributed to a friendly and attentive server, fresh hot food from the kitchen, a clean environment, and no wait.One of the very few restaurants who have kept their doors open to serve food around the clock. Thank you for being open 24-Hours.A friend and I met here for a late night meal and we got seated immediately. Our waitress was attentive friendly, and professional. The dining room appeared clean and the food was good.
I called in to order me and my boyfriend's meals since on the take out order online you don't have the choice to be able to put anything on top of your hash browns or you are not able to substitute anything in your meal. So then it says that they will have your order ready in 15 minutes. My boyfriend left 5 til it was time to be done and when he got there he called me and checked what time he was really supposed to pick it up. Well they haven't even started on our meals, the lady who took our orders made some lame excuse as to why it wasn't ready. In the meantime the chef just comes in from outside from his smoke break. So now what was the excuse again???? Very irritated I am..... They are lucky the food was good or I would of given the stars that I did
Our waiter was amazing. He remembered all 7 of our orders, some with special requests. None of our food was wrong! He even remembered who ordered what! Thank you for your amazing service!!!!!! Food was fresh and tasty too!!!!
