If you’re a wondering tourist who loves finding the best donut shops around as much as I do then look no further this is the spot for you!! This is the best donut place in Colorado Springs no lie!! Very, very, delicious! Ooooh and the worker was awesome!

Very disappointed! Went around 11am, cases were close to empty. I got the last apple fritter it was dry and tasted day old. She had to force it into the box it was so stale. The apple and cherry pie donuts were mediocre, seems like they were missing something. My daughter got the brownie donut, it was so dry she had to drink an entire sprite to eat it.This is my 3rd visit here, and not sure I would go out of my way to go back.

I usually ABSOLUTELY LOVE Hurts Donuts!!However I got a ? yesterday, took a bite & it was dry. It was a yeast/risen Cotton Candy Donut. So I went back in a few hours later & asked for an exchange. This time I chose a chocolate cake donut.Took a bite expecting bliss & it too was dry.I was so disappointed :(I only get a donut twice a year!!I wonder if in the morning they put out donuts left over from the day before or maybe even 2 day old donuts??If the owner is reading this comment; please give your customers fresh donuts EVERY time!!We will appreciate it so much that we will keep coming back instead of going to Dunkin Donuts.

I had looked forward to having an old fashion and a glazed donut from Hurts for several months. I noticed the shop last time I was in Colorado Springs and had heard great reviews. I found that all of the donuts that I bought tasted like old grease- that weird donut taste that you associate with gas station donuts that once you have eaten one it won’t go away. That taste was so pervasive that I threw away the donuts because I didn’t want to smell it anymore. I love donuts but these were really bad. I also purchased 2 of the huge cinnamon rolls. Since I got rid of the donuts, I tore into one as I was driving. It was really dry and chewy or maybe stale. It didn’t taste terrible/ just really dry - like that Mexican sweet bread that has to be dunked in milk to eat. I was so disappointed.

I'm not usually a donut type, but my husband is, so we stop regularly. The donuts are good, not great. I'm disappointed that they haven't put the eating tables back up yet. Our experience is much more enjoyable when we can sit and eat and converse with other patrons. I'd love to see that happen soon, Hurts!

Good selection of donuts with creative toppings. The fritters were large and tasty. I would try other local donut shop before returning.

This spot is tucked away, I haven't been here in a long time but it's nice to see that the vibe is still the same, donuts are arguably the best you'll get in Colorado Springs. Cinnamon rolls are like a foot by foot lol. Great spot for a cheat day

Love this place! The donuts satisfied my sweet tooth. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot his name but he was very patient because I couldn't decide what to get...Anyways, I love the vibe. If you are looking for something good and sweet, I highly recommend this place.Oh yea.. Strawberry Cheesecake Donut ???????

First time trying their donuts. I bypassed the Dunkin near me because I wanted something gourmet and really good. Found the donuts to be stale, the dough cheap. This is comparable quality to a grocery store's mass produced donuts. I spent like $10 for three disappointing donuts.

This was the 3rd and final chance for this place. Again, the donuts were hard and stale! I KNOW the donuts were not freshly made today because it was 7am. I am not sure why this company would be OK with selling old donuts, but whatever works for them I guess. Also, how is it possible to not have any basic flavors? I will not be getting donuts from there again, and I will not be recommending to anyone. They should really be doing some quality control instead of worrying about every penny saved from selling day old donuts. Gross.
