Food was great! Horrible service. Barely saw our server, took forever to get drinks refilled, left us with the check for 15+ minutes and wasn’t busy while we there, had maybe 3 tables, all of who were up at the grill. Had a correction on it and then got charged for the dinner meal which is understandable per the time we were sat BUT we did NOT get the soup or salad that comes with it or even offered it. Would have asked about it but was tired of waiting over 20 minutes to even have card ran. Really sad because we love Huhot but will absolutely NOT be returning to this location ever. Before anyone comes at me, I’ve worked in the service industry for many years and know how long it takes to run a check.
I have never been a fan of this restaurant, however the server was pleasant and we were given a nice place to sit as a group. The food does not taste fresh and the dine-in area has a greasy atmosphere about it. Sorry, not a fan.
Very good food options. Good cooks. The bathrooms are very clean. A large variety of sauces and food to put together or eat separately.
Great food if you mix the sauces right. Use the menu for great combinations. Super friendly and attentive waitress.
We love it. Biggest grill weve ever seen and they cook it in front of you. Never seen a set up like this. We were lucky enough to see a big guy that just got back from break run the show like a champion. Literally told all the other cooks to go on break and stock and he started flipping spatulas around and served probably 15 people in 4 minutes. It has a sauce bar! You make your sauce but they have recipes above it in case you want a traditional combination of flavors. It was also affordable........
We love this place!!! We always eat too much because the food is so good!!!! Joseph our server tonight was wonderful! The guys cooking at the grill are very efficient and good at cooking food on the grill while we watch! So fun!!
Excellent dining experience. Joey was doing the grill and cooking for all the patrons. The ladies were seating people, clearing tables, restocking the food, and getting drinks.
Perfect service when I went there but it also wasn't busy. Always great cooked food. I love watching my food being cooked. They make sure if meat is frozen together that they take it apart and cook it for sure! Always a great time to be at huhot!
Supervisor Joey and our server Annabella provided excellent service despite the store being extremely busy and 10-15 people on the waiting list. Both were calm and pleasant despite the pressure. This had the potential to be a very aggravating visit, but these two made it fun.
Paid for full meal but no salad or soup offered or available. 20$ per person with a drink - no refills? Waiter was slow with minimum people to help. Some food choices not refilled when empty.
