Convenient location, but there were multiple problems encountered during our visit.The costs on the bill didn't match the price of the food listed on the menu. The bill was higher than it should have been, but it was difficult to get the attention of the waitress even though the restaurant wasn't busy.When our food was delivered to our table, they got part of the order wrong and we had to send it back.The fries were tasteless, stale, cold, and disgusting.I won't ever come back to this Hooters restaurant.

Great place to eat some awesome wings, with and without sauces. Perfectly cooked but, definitely not a sports bar. If your trying to watch something on the TV's, that are plenty of, then your our of luck. I asked to watch the Colorado avalanche win the cup for the first time in over 20 years and the waitress said she couldn't put it any louder because the radio was on, and extremely loud. I then asked is she could at least put on the words so I and other patrons, could at least see what the penalties were, and she responded with, this smart tv can't do that. What??? Well, the wings are still good, and that's about all. Guess their dancing music is what brings in all the customers.
Great food as always and great service as well! Times are hard but we got in there just in time for the Avalanche game! Everything was fairly priced too! Will be stopping here again, and I wish there were more locations in town. This restaurant could really benefit from being a stand alone restaurant.
Our waitress was pleasant and provided excellent direction in drink selection.
went on a saturday, around 2pm, not packed or anything, it took a good while to even be greeted when walking in, then was seated, got our drinks 10 minutes later, ordered, ended up sitting there for another 45 minutes-to an hour and still NO food was brought out. it seemed like the waitresses preferred to stand/sit around up front and talk instead of doing their jobs. i dont gripe about any fast/food/ Restaurant service ever, and this was a very unpleasant experience. dont have any intentions of going back.
Great service and might I say very beautiful and attentive servers that don't slack on the beer or napkins lol 60 wings and all of were got and super fresh ayeeeeee I hella recommend
The staff are friendly but the food is horrid. The wings have zero taste/flavor and are normally served cold. It might just be THIS location, but I've tried several times to eat here because it's the only one in the springs and it's never been good.

As is usually the case at any location, the staff are not difficult to look at. Unfortunately, in my experience, this was the highlight. I haven't been to Hooters at every corner of the country, but this one just seems like one of those places that serves food as a cover for a larger operation. You'd think ordering wings would beba safe bet, but you'd be wrong. We ordered boneless, to be specific, and I've never tasted a worse sauce than the parmesan garlic they offer. It's extremely bitter, and just awful. I believe we ordered chips and queso, and a few other items, with the queso being the best tasting. I saw a cook exit, I presume he'd finished shift, and he looked like he was actually homeless; no shower in days, perhaps weeks, disheveled, and just a general lack of hygiene. I'm guessing that's pretty average for the cooks here.I personally will not be back, and will enter my next Hooters experience with extreme caution.
We went to the mall earlier that day . Saw there was a Hooterz there. Decided to go back for dinner. Was nice and inviting. Workers were friendly. Good service as well. For me I guess it was the smallest Hooterz I have personally been in but the wings were the bomb as usual and the beer was cold!!
