This place is a great little whole in the wall. I usually come for a late lunch. They are always nice and talkative. The prices are really good too, especially if you get beer during happy hour or get the bucket of beer.I usually get the wings and they are probably the best in town. Definitely go back for them. I have tried lots of other food and it is all good.They do get very busy on some nights so keep that in mind. Nothing bad about this place!
First time in and its a cool little spot but our server was terrible. She walked by our table like 5 times and pretended she didn't see us. We finally had to flag her down and she seemed to have a condescending attitude towards us. Very unprofessional. After our food was delivered she never checked back in with us once. Kind of ruined the experience for my friend and I. Mother Muffs has much better service. I will say the bartender (Nikki I think?) Was awesome.
Absolutely awesome and spectacular quality food. Waitress solved a food order mix-up quickly and compensated us. Definitely will go again! Restaurant itself is a little run-down, but go for the delicious food.
First time eating here. Ordered the hatch cover burger to keep it simple. First thing is noticed was that well done wasn’t just “technically well done” with an internal temp of 165°F, but possibility of pink, like I’ve become adjusted to at most joints. It was straight up cooked through. The fully charred (but not crispy or burnt tasting) exterior and seasoning composition, were reminiscent of a home grilled burger - I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some Worcestershire on that mother. Patty filled the (brioche?) bun and was a good 3/4”-1” thick.Waffle fries were good and crispy as well, with a fairly generous portion. Overall, a good burger for the price.
Staff was very helpful when accommodating a large group of us. Made my birthday celebration memorable! Love the karaoke night, but it is way loud ?
Food was good. Loved the atmosphere. The waitress wasn't that good with the menu. Other than that we loved it.
Wing craving soothed at Hatchcover. Very packed, very loud, but service was pretty quick despite the crowd. Wings are .75 a piece in orders of 10…bonus They have several flavors to choose from…double bonus. The fire is truly fire. You can get hot with fire on the side. I suggest this if you have any doubt. Wife loved the stuffed mushrooms. My faith in this place is restored. Had a poor experience here a few years ago.

Good atmosphere, wings are some of the best in the city! Onion rings and egg rolls get honorable mention. Attentive waiter!
Love going to Trivia Night on Thursday’s. The host has a great voice and the drinks are awesome. I love the Hatch Cover Margarita. Never watered down and the Nachos are perfect.
