Our kiddos took us to this hidden gem in downtown Colorado Springs. The food and atmosphere took us back to Guam for a little while. The food was outstanding and tasted just like we remembered. I suggest getting the 3 choice lunch plate. There was enough food for lunch and leftovers for dinner later. Add this one to your list of must eats when you visit the Springs!!
This place is the best ever!!! So good! And the friendly family staff!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Excellent bbq and the best meal we had in Colorado Springs! Our first time trying the unique and flavorful Chamorro cuisine from Guam! The pork rib was so succulent, the tocino was the perfect sweet and tangy fatty and meaty combo, and the lumpia was really crispy and fresh! The kimchi cucumber radish salad, potato salad, you can’t go wrong with either as a side. You walk down a near hidden corridor next to the theatre to find this gem. The owners/workers are really friendly and patient. We grabbed a dessert too couldn’t resist-the latiya was excellent!
Solid Chamorro food and even more authentic Guamanian hospitality. Out of towners take note: Pam and company take requests if you message them far enough in advance! (Chalakilas next time, please!)
Sweet employees, interesting wall art from Guam. BBQ chicken and rice wonderfu. Veggie spring rolls very good. Potato salad yummy, cucumbers were great. If your looking for something different, this is the place.
Such incredible food and service! This Guam-style bbq is a must try. The staff were so kind in helping us figure out what to order because it was our first time. Loved it!
Great food with huge portions, excellent sweet family running the place. Kinda hard to find so park and walk the last block or two!
Very pleasant and friendly staff. Food was delicious, was recommended the sweet pork and it was so tender.
Great service!! very homey and clearly authentic food and atmosphere. huge portions!
Really good food. Really nice staff. My problem was the flys. There were so many flys and it made it really difficult to sit and enjoy the food. We ultimately decided to leave and enjoy the rest of the food at home. My recommendation to the owner; set some traps during the night and set some inconspicuous traps during the day for stragglers.
