the food is amazing, I get the pikes peak nachos every time, they're an appetizer but the plate us huge and they are really tasty.
All my friends suggested this place! And honestly I wasn't a fan at all. From the terrible service to the shot of tequila they called a margarita.... but still got charges for $12 for an untouched drink. But the salsa is great! If it wouldn't have taken 20 minutes to get to go containers I was gonna at least take that home. Unfortunately we probably won't be back
Two margaritas and away we go!!Food was awesome this time, the new appetizer using their new barbacoa.It was even better dipped in their great pork green chili !!!
We discovered the shredded chicken burrito. It's quite large so my wife and I split it. We LOVE the green chili sauce and ask for extra plus lots of lettuce and a spoon! (Hard to get the sauce out the bowl without one). The staff are always friendly and helpful. The food tastes fantastic, the atmosphere is terrific and the price is right! This one of our two favorite local area restaurants.
This restaurant doesn’t seem to care about their customers with the constant rule changing. We went two weekends ago and the upstairs was closed for an “event”, but we got a table in the bar no problem. Today we tried to go again at the same time and the upstairs was closed again. We were told it’s only open Friday and Saturday nights. This is incorrect since it used to be open all days of the week even since the pandemic. Then the bar area had reserved signs on half the tables so we couldn’t even get a seat. The hostess said they only have one bartender so they can’t seat all the tables in the bar. We only wanted to sit in the bar to have the happy hour special which you can’t get in the regular dining area. If you aren’t going to have 75% of the bar area open then you should be offering the happy hour in your regular dining area. We were excited that they brought back the happy hour, but the inconsistency is super frustrating and we will be looking for somewhere else to be our go to place. It used to be good, but not anymore and management needs to seriously consider how these changes will lose them business in the long run.
Excellent food! Excellent service! We enjoy sitting at the bar when we visit. They bacon wrapped shrimp were ridiculously yummy!!! Looking forward to our next visit!
We arrived just after opening and enjoyed a leisurely lunch. Our server, Jocelyn, was courteous and attentive without being intrusive. We enjoyed two different entrees based upon her recommendation, which were excellent. Although we had not been in recently we found the atmosphere inviting and the food fresh as advertised. We'll be back!
Hostess was rude. Waiter was very nice and professional. The atmosphere was not what I expected. The food was okay, but did not taste anything authentic. I only gave it three stars because it was more of an On the Border type of restaurant. My wife liked their margaritas though. Would I recommend this restaurant to someone seeking for great Mexican cuisine? I would not. Mi Mexico and Pueblo Viejo restaurants would come first.
Great food! House made salsas are a delicious combination of flavors. The entrees have all been excellent over the years we've been eating here. Always had great service to go with the delicious food!
This was an awesome place! Had never been and the service was great, the food was very good quality and flavorful. The salsa was a bit spicy for me and the margaritas was awesome!! I only needed one for the meal! Definitely recommended
