Wanted to take my daughter there for lunch, looking around what people had on their plates and immediately left. I’m not sitting in a restaurant and eat from paper plates with plastic forks. Have to try takeout sometime, but not dine-in.
Never judge a place by its cover. Didn't get a good vibe when I walked into place but one bite of gyro and I was a believer. The attached picture doesn't do it justice. Full of well seasoned meat off the cone. The tzatziki was an excellent compliment to meat. The lettuce and tomato toppings were fresh. One in party never had a gyro. His first words after taking first bite -really been missing out all these years by not trying. Will definitely return when back in area. Don't worry the guard goose walked away as we approached.
We used to go to this restaurant long time ago, and I’m not sure if it was the same gals working there now, but they were a lot friendlier than the two we had the other day. We enjoyed our gyros ?, however, when my husband asked if they had a military discount, the gal taking our order “laughed” at my husband. To me, that was an extremely rude way to treat the military!! We have at least 5 military facilities here, and whether an establishment honors the military or not, they should NEVER be laughed at!! There are better, kinder and more professional ways of saying that you don’t have a military discount. They have lost our business. We will go elsewhere to buy our gyros!! The establishment is not very clean. We never saw anyone come out and clean the empty tables. There were at least 5-6 empty tables that were dirty. A few days earlier we stopped by and the restaurant wasn’t even open when it was supposed to be. They need more help and friendlier employees!! I don’t understand why the matriarch of the family sits in the corner booth all day. That can’t be very comfortable for her. She was the only one that even acknowledged us the whole time we were there!!
The Greek Cafe is amazing - I have been to many places that serve Greek menu items but this cafe is the best! The staff are great - they are very friendly and helpful. The menu items have great flavors and the portions are very generous. Be sure to not miss the great desserts. The cafe is very inviting and family friendly - you'll see many regulars and new faces too. Of course we'll be back soon - this is one of our go-to places.

Gyro & fries!!! Yummy! The staff were helpful and friendly. The gyro was VERY generous and delicious! The seasoning on the fries was amazing!
I hadn’t been here for month and was remembered as of it was yesterday, this is the type of place this is! The Best! Without a doubt!
Was extremely disappointed in the service from this place. Ordered a chicken kabob and 2 gyros, was waiting over 20 minutes and the food was not even close to ready. Watched as the cooks moved slowly and without any regard to expedited service during lunch time. One employee kept disappearing while the other kept stopping food prep to answer a phone while another matriarch of the establishment simply sat in the corner. I was late returning to work and simply left without the food. In 20 minutes they hadn''t even started preparing the two gyros, which should take a whole of 3 minutes to plate. When I asked about why it was taking so long the woman behind the counter chastised me and blamed me for what I ordered as for the reason in a very rude tone. Meanwhile the health inspector that was on site was citing the establishment for violations, might have been a blessing in disguise that I didn't get my food. I left without food and without a refund. Will not be back!
Best place in town for Greek! The ladies in there are always super helpful and they make the best gyros! I suggest dining in so you can talk with these lovely ladies!
