Great family friendly environment, adventure land and water park are nice. Down side extremely expensive and the food is insanely expensive and horrible. Barnwood is bbq themed, but meats were dry. Loose Moose used to be a buffet now it is mass produced food that you are lucky if it is warm when it is served. None of the restaurants service health friendly meal options. Staff is very friendly and the resort is extremely clean. Highly suggest if you can afford all the kid friendly fun, but go eat somewhere else.

Great service!!! very friendly and professional staff. Definitely going to come back again

Place is always amazing, we’ve stayed here probably 10 times already and it always delivers. Staff is great with our kids, place is always clean. Love it here. So many activities for kids. Never a dull moment.

So much to do and just so much fun for the whole family. The staff are always so pleasant and accommodating. The room was nice, clean and well insulated so we couldn't hear our neighbors. They have the water park, mini golf, a ropes course and so much more. It's definitely a place for a multi-night stay. As someone who is young at heart, I think I had just as much fun as the kids. We are already planning our next trip.

My family (including myself) has fallen in love with this place! There is so much to do onsite! Excellent staff! Excellent activities for the entire family! Amazing rooms that are extremely spacious! We will be back to this one someday!

awesome hotel first ever my kids could be free in any hotel ever!!!!!! We will definitely be back

great place to bring family. let kids be kids. differently recommended and will be back.

The staff is amazing! Everyone was accommodating, friendly and they all went above and beyond! The water park is amazing and this is definitely a great place for families to go for a vacation. While it is a bit pricey, you do get what you pay for. The only reason I cannot give five stars is because the room was not very clean when we checked in (dirty/stained pillowcases and trash on the floor). Since they do advertise a certain standard of cleanliness, I expected better. It was also a bit frustrating that one of the three elevators was out of service during our stay. Waiting for the elevators took up a lot of valuable "play" time. But all in all, our family had a fantastic time!

Overall it was a great first experience. We did have some moments where we felt it could of been better. The elevators were a nightmare to wait for, our room had what looked like dog hair on the twin pull out and black hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. I would rate the cleanliness of our room 85%. The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable and our dining chair in the room broke when pulling it out. I was also bummed we added a package on for $99 in which we barely used because their was so much free stuff included. I wish there was more guidance to what might fit your family best. We had very young kids so that was an unnecessary cost we had to pay on top of already paying an arm and a leg. Ours kids had fun overall and that was the most important part of the trip was making sure they enjoyed themselves. One more thing, when the water park is full where are people supposed to sit and put their belongings? We also ran into that issue.

Had a fun time! My daughter is 3 and everything is all kid friendly. Things to do at all ages. Go during the week and sign up for promos to get a good deal. I wouldn’t personally spend more than $200 a night. The hotel was nice and the staff was nice. Our room was cleaned to standards but they helped to quick the error. I would come again and have recommended people, when you get the deal.
